There were 8 people that stayed and we all very much enjoyed staying there. The house layout is wonderful. We had 6 teenagers and they all hung out on the lower level, and my husband and I stayed one the upper level. The kids loved what I called the sunroom. It has a ping pong table and a place to lounge. The dock is a great place to hangout as well. The house was spotless and if we had any questions or concerns the homeowners responded quickly. I will stay there again. Loved it!

The property is just as protrayed in the pictures and described on the site. The hosts left detailed instructions and information about amenities. There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Four guys 65 + stayed here for some fishing for 5 days. The house and location was very nice as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather wasn't ideal, but with the ping pong table and games, we still had a great time. Our kids got to try out fishing for the first time. A couple of us took the kayak out on the last day when it was finally nice. I would highly recommend this house especially in the summer time!

We came out to enjoy some crappie fishing with the family. Spent the first 2 days fishing and the other 2 relaxing grilling food enjoying the views with the family.Loved our stay would like to do it again in the summer when the water temperature is warmer😁

The house design suited us perfectly with a large open kitchen-dining-living room where we could eat and play games at the table or relax on the couch. Our host’s golf course recommendations were awesome. We loved all 4 courses and plan to make this an annual event. 5 stars from all of us.

Everything was fantastic. Very clean. Had everything we needed. The owners were very nice. I loved how the light switches were labeled so that we didn't have to try them all to see what turned on what lights. Very nice !

We have always liked coming to the lake but this house added elegance and fun to our family vacation. We had an amazing time.

My kids loved the place and enjoyed fishing, the campfire, swiming, and kayaks. The house was great and well furnised.

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is in a nice and quiet cove with easy access to the water. Our group included twin one year olds which the property was able to accommodate comfortably. I'm also grateful for how responsive the property management was. Anytime we needed to communicate they responded immediately. It was also wonderful having the two boat slips available to us. Although, if you decide to rent a boat, make sure your comfortable parking it as the cove is pretty tight where the slip is. All in all, this was a great experience. Probably the best rental property we've stayed at and would certainly recommend.

We loved the location of the house on a cove above the water. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and late afternoon looking out on the water. The dock was perfect for us to swim and lounge on the lily pad. There were five adults and we had room enough for the 5 of us to watch TV and hand out in the living room. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and everyone felt there was plenty of privacy and space to get comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. She answered all my questions as this was the first time I use VRBO. We would love to come back again.

House itself is great. The set up is nice for a large group with an open living and dining area with enough space for the whole family. The dock is great and the bar with fridge is perfect for spending the day on the lake. The kayaks, paddle board, and Maui mats were a great bonus. The provided stock and toiletry items were very minimal. House sleeps 10, only 6 bath towels were provided for a 5 night stay. Kitchen also had only 2 kitchen towels and 2 wash rags. Days prior to the stay, a welcome packet is sent outlining these limited items which needs to be signed. Overall the house is great and is located near many fun activities, but make sure to pack a lot of your daily essentials.

Loved the dock and quiet cove. Clean house with comfy beds. Appreciated having the base cleaning products and amenities. Perfect location!

I wrote a long review last year after staying at this beautiful VRBO. (Look for "Jaci G." from summer 2022) Everything holds true that I said in the previous review. Before check-in, you will get a list that will tell you what is provided and what you need to bring. That is really helpful. There were some crazy storms that shut the power down while we were there. We informed Anne and she was on it right away. Such great communication with the owners. I can't say enough great things about this VRBO. Thank you!

The place had everything any person would need. Very beautiful inside and out! A zip line would be cool going down to the lake and an escalator would be amazing going back up! Other than those impossible amenities, this house and location was super cool!!!! FIVE STAR VRBO!!!

Great house for a family of 5 and grandparents. The kids have so much fun on the dock! House is well-appointed and easy to cook in. Quiet cove w friendly neighbors.

Love the place, and location.

Our group of 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9-16 loved our stay here. The dock was fantastic and provided hours of entertainment! We caught loads of fish, swam, kayaked, and floated in the lake for hours. The location and area around were perfect! We could sit outside and watch boats float by heading to Franky and Louie’s, and it was so quiet and peaceful! We saw lots of wildlife, turtles, lizards, a beaver, deer, raccoon. The space indoors provided plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped to handle cooking for 10. The beds were comfortable and after long days in/on the water we all slept great! Hands down this would be the place I’d rent again when we return!

What a fun little cove. The place was in excellent shape had everything we needed and then some! The neighbors were friendly too. The owners had menus of local restaurants printed out in the folder and all the helpful hints anyone would need. Would highly recommend this place to others! Had a great time here! Oh, bar with sand volleyball court just a mile or so down the road that was fun too!!

The house was very nice, well kept up. It was in a great location and had enough space for the 5 of us to be comfortable. Very nice amenities. Wish we had more than 5 days there!

My wife, daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful Autumn week at the lake in this beautiful home! The house was wonderfully clean and well maintained and communication with Ann and Eric could not have been better. This is definitely the place to stay at Lake of the Ozarks!

Our family of 5 adults and 5 children between 8-15 loved our stay!!! We were looking for a house to comfortably accommodate all of us, the three bedrooms and three baths worked great. We choose this property also because we wanted a dock that would entertain the kids for hours, look no further this one had it all (I mean everything). Location was great being close to Frankie & Louie’s and not far from grocery store. Check in was a breeze and communication with Anne the host was top notch. Very enjoyable stay, Thank You

Two families (2 adults + 3 & 5 year old, 2 adults + 12 year old) stayed quite comfortably at this VRBO! There was lots of space so that we weren't on top of each other for the whole week. The main level has the cathedral ceilings, letting in lots of light and feeling very open. There is a bathroom (separate) and a smaller bedroom with a queen as well as a table and chairs and a sitting area. There is lots of space for meals at the long table and counter eating area. Plenty of DVDs and games if the heat outside is too much! The kitchen is well stocked with tableware, utensils, and spices, etc. and you will be provided with a lovely list detailing what is provided to get you started and what you will need to bring. All of the light/fan switches are LABELLED! Thank you! The lower level has 3 more bedrooms (2 with an attached bathroom.) The pictures in the listing are VERY accurate (but don't really do the place justice in my opinion!), except for the den. The DEN BEDROOM DOES have a barn door and a full size bed. (One of the pictures looks like maybe it only has a couch and no door, but, trust me, it's a bedroom!) The lower level porch has 3 fans and tons of windows for air circulation while you are relaxing or playing ping pong. The washer and dryer are HUGE! THE DOCK! We spent the majority of our time there. It is gigantic. High/low dive, slide, table/chairs, industrial lounge chairs, paddle board, kayaks, dock speakers with bluetooth, more floaties than you can even use (don't bring noodles, there are a TON) and small fridge in the dock shed. We used the slip for our boat for the week. Water is SUPER calm, and you can swim all day long. Franky and Louie's is literally around the corner! Anne was a JOY to work with. I read basically every review before I book a place, so I was aware of some of the negativity surrounding recent reviews. Look - you are staying in someone's HOUSE. Respect the rules (none of which were out of line or out of the ordinary based on our 5 years of coming to the lake at different VRBOs) and treat it like it was your own house and you won't have a problem. Simple as that. Because of the EASE of communication with Anne and the beauty of the property and location, we ALREADY booked next year here! Again, we've been coming to the lake for 5 years, and this was the first place we RE-booked before we even left! If you've made it to the end of this novel, just book it. You won't be disappointed!
