It’s safe & quiet ! Very clean & homey

I just didn’t like that the hot tub in the pool area didn’t work but totally not the property we rented fault

It is a big house with 3 bedrooms and a roof top terrace. Location is very quiet. The pool area is nice.

The hot tub on the roof top is not working. It is a misconstruction. The bedrooms just have curtains. At night it is very bright (especially in the master bedroom). The terrace on the ground floor can not be used. Before our arrival, the owner asked for a 150 dollar cleaning fee. We didn't pay because nothing was mentioned in booking.com.

The house had a great location in a quiet neighborhood but within easy reach of Playa Del Carmen and a very nice beach club. The house was great inside and had everything we needed for our stay. The roof terrace made the property extra-special as it has a tub, barbecue, table&chairs and recliners for sunbathing. We would eat breakfast up there in the early morning sun and also chill-out on the terrace after a day out. A special mention is also needed for Alejandra, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was able to advise us of the best beaches, restaurants and activities. She also provided lots of useful practical information such as where we could access a printer locally and details about the ferries to the Isla Majeures.

I can honestly say that there was nothing that we didn't like!

One of the best and easiest rental experiences I've had. The property manager that you communicate with was extremely friendly, sweet, welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. She had recommendations for places to go, things to do and even arranged airport shuttling at 3 am when our departing flight changed last minute. She was also there awaiting our arrival, despite us being late. She really did add another level of quality to our stay. -Great location, just on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen -30-45 minute drive (depending on traffic) to/from the Cancun airport. -Private security to enter El Cielo residential area, and then dedicated security at the entrance to the Quilla properties located in the southeastern area of the neighborhood. -Fairly quiet being on the furthest end of the neighborhood away from 307, with lots of trees, greenery and other residences between you and it, and minimal traffic noise from nearby public streets. -An easy 15-20 minute walk to the closest public beach access at Playa Xcalacoco. -Only a 5-15 minute wait for taxi service. -Inside was clean, modern, and very open feeling, with split system a/c downstairs for the entry, living area, kitchen and half bath, and dedicated split system a/c units in each room upstairs, all controlled by their own remote. -4 burner gas cook top and small gas oven was perfect for cooking up anything we wanted, plus a gas BBQ up on the private roof. -Keyed locks for each bedroom, so small traveling groups or families of up to 6 people can stay here together and secure their belongings. -Downstairs is beautiful and bright with floor to ceiling sliding windows and screens, bringing in the the large stand of trees and greenery at the back of the property without the bugs or occasional small lizard. -Patio outside of master bedroom has mounts for the included hammock found in the closet. -Everything feels very private when you are there.

No complaints! You cannot get anything better than this for the price. If you're not looking to stay in the lively 5th Avenue experience and want something beautiful, quiet and private to come back to after a day at the beach or a night out in town, this is the one for you!
