Everything was as explained and then some. Great trip!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. The Lake was very low. Matt had mentioned there could be variation in water levels. We were not prepared for the dry dock. Swimming was not even possible. The neighbors’ water depth was fine. I presume this was due to the placement of the house on the cove. The house and amenities were wonderful. Great communication and information provided. Lovely view.

The house was clean, the hot tub on the large deck with ample seating and the fire pit make the back yard a destination with a view. Beds are awesome and the water is hot! Kitchen was well equipped. The overall experience was great! Thank you Matt!

Our family enjoyed two days here. Our dog was in heaven chasing the ball into the lake and in the backyard. The house was comfortable and perfect for hanging out when it rained and we played games. We also enjoyed a cozy campfire our last night. The area is beautiful. Spent one morning hiking along Swallow Falls and enjoyed an afternoon in a pontoon boat. The location of the house is nice and quiet, with no major nearby. Matt was incredibly responsive and helpful with the checkin process. Went very smoothly. Only disappointment -- we didn't see a bear!

My family and I stayed at this very quiet property, all you could hear was beautiful sounds of nature. The housewas comfy, cleaned, well stocked, just a few steps from to the lake. We really enjoyed our time here and hope come back again soon!

One of the best vacation getaways we have ever taken.

The house and location was key for our family and friends with little kids. With a private beach and on a cove where our kids could swim all day long. Outside fire pit area was ideal to relax in the evening. The house its self was nice a little small for all of us but it worked. Even had toys for the kids to play with. My only issue was no central air. The bedrooms had air units but the living room did not and it got quit hot in there. Fortunately there were ceiling fans. Overall good stay

We booked a last minute stay and were extremely pleased with everything about this rental. The place is very clean, the location can't be beat and the amenities are plentiful. We would definitely come back for a lobger stay next time. Highly recommend.

The location cannot be beat—lakefront, quiet neighborhood with sandy entrance to the lake. Our kids and dog loved the easy lake access, and we rebted and launched kayaks from the Acquatic Center. The hot tub and sun porch were amazing relaxation areas, and the whole family enjoyed playing Wii sports. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a great gas grill outside. We made most meals at home and enjoyed a bonfire each night. Weather was perfect and we opened windows and kept fans running. I can see it being hot later in summer, but it was perfect for Memorial Day weekend. Exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay again.

This is a very cozy home! It is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The view of the lake was breathtaking. This home was well stocked with all essential supplies. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super clean house! Great communication with owner. The house is roomy and very well appointed. The hot tub was very nice. Plenty of wood for indoor stove and fire pit. We look forward to going back.

Loved our stay in October 2023, the house was as described in the listing and more. So many things to keep the young and old busy. The house was right next to the lake and we enjoyed the house and location. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Will be back.

This house is wonderfully located on the shore of Deep Creek Lake with a pier and an easily accessible beach. Great place to launch a small boat (which we did) and a great view. The cleanliness and readiness for guest was impeccable. I would recommend this to anyone, and we'll likely come back in the future.

Clean and well maintained adorable lake house. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Also much appreciated was the short, common sense checkout list- no endless list chores.

My family of 8 consisted of a Grandmother, 3 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 kids. This house was perfectly located on the lake, close to Wisp for tubing and snowboarding/skiing, had a hot tub, was pet friendly, and super clean!! Perfect amount of room for all of us. I asked the owner about sledding hills and he got right back to me about the sleds they had there for us and additional hills around the area. I really didn’t need to reach out for any other questions because the directions for everything I needed to know was emailed to me and/or labeled in the house. We love to take our dogs with us places but also appreciate a clean house. This place was very clean. The kids had plenty of entertainment from back yard sledding to board games and even a video game that we ended up not even needing. The wood stove was so cozy and we had every cooking tool that we needed while there also. We will definitely be returning!!

Great house and location for 3 large teenage boys and 2 dogs and us. We were warm and cozy and not cramped for space. The description of the house and all the instructions were perfect. Everyone had fun in the snow and look forward to coming back in the summer to use the lake! Valerie and Roy Dunn

Our stay was phenomenal. The house came with everything we needed for the duration our stay and more.
The house felt super cozy and slept my group and myself more than comfortably. Also, the view of the lake in the backyard is a beautiful sight to see during the day.
However I will mention that the roads are pretty scary especially at night so I’d advised to drive carefully.
Overall, 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this property for your next stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Natalie and Matt's place. It was clean, had everything we needed, offered simple check-in/check-out, and was situated on a quiet street. Great for post-turkey naps. :-) We'll absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in many places in Deep Creek and this is by far the best one! It was the cleanest rental house that I’ve ever been in (and I’m a freak about that lol). The kitchen had more small appliances, etc than my own at home! The walk down to the water was so nice and I loved that it was so shallow, our dog loved that part too. It was so peaceful. The house was laid out so nice with the deck, sunporch, the master bedroom with attached bath, laundry room, etc. we utilized it all! Our dog had the time of his life too lol, and we really appreciate that it was dog friendly because that is extremely hard to find. Especially as nice as this one. I already recommended this home to all of my family members! We all had a blast and we really appreciate that you’re willing to share your home! We hope to be back soon. Thanks again.

This house was perfect for our family and our poodles. It was exactly what we were looking for. Awesome, quiet location. Love the wooded area with the fire pit, the deck, hot tub...Having a dock was amazing. We rented a boat for the week and it was so great to just go down to the water every day and hop on the boat. Communication with Matt was great. House was one of the most clean rentals I've ever been in. Can't say enough and can't wait to go back next year!
