Perfect for couple get away. Very clean with everything you need. Only neg feedback would be a full length mirror on back of closet door ( you know us gals like to check out our outfits) also seems to still have issue with water leaking from shower to the floor. Decorating was so adorable and definitely walking distance to beach and shops. The trolley was a blessing when carrying all the beach equipment.

Location! Location! Location!! Perfect!
My husband and I stayed a week in Seacrest Beach and after the kids and grandkids left we wanted to extend our stay. This little studio was the answer. Actually the walk to the beach was closer than the house we stayed at in Seacreast.
You are located between Seacreast and Alys - a short walk to wonderful restaurants: George’s, Raw & Juicy and Fonville Press!! Also, you take a short walk over to the shops/resturants at Seacreast and Rosemary Beaches.
The property manager was very good. Our shower door leaked and they were quick to address the issue.
Overall, the property is older but the studio had been remodeled and it was everything we needed
We will definitely stay here again.

The Inn at Seacrest is in the perfect location. We rented bikes just down the street and enjoyed a beautiful public beach not too far down the road. It was much less crowded than the beach closest to the Inn. Our unit was clean and cozy for two, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Could have done with less pillows (nowhere to put them!) and the shower door needs to be fixed. But the bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet, even with the Spring breakers in town. We were crazy about the char-grilled oysters at Bayou Bills-a local told us about them and we went back again! It was a great place to stay!

As parents of two young kids, this trip was a weekend away to relax. Our criteria were simple: walkable to amenities, easy access to the beach, and a comfortable bed. This unit ticked all those boxes and more. Would definitely be back!

Beautiful condo, very clean, and great location! My husband and I had a blast! Easy check in/out process, and perfect size for two people. The condo came fully equipped with everything we needed, and has a beautiful view from the balcony!

This condo is in a building that seems a little older but the unit was nicely remodeled. The unit is small but it was perfect for my husband and myself. It's fully equipped and it had all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. The shower water spills out onto the floor and the management company is aware and will be addressing this. Mostly I want to thank the management company and VRBO for being super proactive and helpful when I couldn't locate my email with the door code and they responded right away. We also had to extend our stay due to the weather and again they responded immediately and let us stay an extra night. I would definitely recommend this place!

We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to stay. This condo is right in the middle of Rosemary and Alys beach at less than a 10 minute walk to both.
While the place is definitely compact, it was perfect for my fiancé and I. It had comfy bed with bright white, soft towels. Everything was so clean you could eat off the floor. It also had beach access, a pool and hot tub, and full sized fridge.
Would highly recommend staying here!!

Location, location, location and clean, clean clean! It’s not the most spacious, but for one or two people it is perfect. Walk to Beaches walk to Rosemary walk to Alys. Host/management company extremely cooperative and responsive. We will be staying here again.

Our room was very nice and clean. We had a perfect trip. Only complaint was the beach. It was over crowded and we did not even have room to put our chairs. We ended up having to go about a mile down the road to the public beach. It was very nice there and not crowded at all. Definitely worth it to drive to the public beach.

We had a great time staying at this clean, cozy & comfy VRBO…building is very quiet, ample parking, easy check-in and check-out.
Our favorite thing about this VRBO is its fantastic location for easy/short walks to everything we wanted to see & do in the area including restaurants, shopping and the beach access.
We would book here again in a heartbeat

Brought my daughter over from FSU for a short visit. Loved the condo! Great location to walk to everything. I was a little surprised at how limited and crowded the beach access is. Overall still loved it and hope to come back next year with my husband.

We had a wonderful stay! Walking distance to the main strip of Rosemary Beach, quick and easy access to the beach, beautiful & clean property. The shower was incredible! Great water pressure and got very hot. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend Canopy Road for breakfast (5 minute drive), La Crema (walking distance) for the peanut butter lava cake and Bayou Bills (8 min drive) for dinner. Such a perfect stay for my husband and I!

If you want a place that's central to everything, clean, has a balcony to sit and watch beautiful sunsets then this is the place for you. Your view of the ocean is limited but the sunsets from this room are amazing! It has everything you would need to fix meals. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I can't say enough good things about this condo. I will definitely be going back!

The property was spotless, well appointed and within close proximity to Alys beach, Sea crest beach as well as Rosemary beach. The balcony was very enjoyable with views of the ocean. The managing host was very responsive as we experienced a couple of issues. The property renovation and furnishings were fantastic although seemed to stop short in the bathroom with little vanity space and a shower door that was practically non functional. Would consider staying here again if those items were addressed. Overall a great stay in a most beautiful area.

Stayed here with my husband for a night and we wish we had booked more nights! Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was just the right size for us. Loved the balcony! Owners were extremely thorough and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying in this cute little condo right on Seacrest beach! Check in was very simple and the room was clean and perfect for our 3 day trip. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

The room was very nice. My only complaint was I wish the bathroom counter was bigger. Not enough room to sit anything and do makeup/hair. Everyone was very helpful. Great location.

This property was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. We had a great time at this stylish and cozy property. Everything you could think of was explained well in the check-in instructions. We made our way to the beach with ease and used the recommended beach chair service that made the day so much easier! There are so many places close enough to walk to that you won’t even need your car if you don’t want to drive once you get there. 10/10 recommend.

Best beach stay ever!
It all began before arriving. Our vrbo host Dustin was great. On top of our experience to have a great vacation. Text me before we arrived to say our room was ready early. Everything was ready for our arrival. So nice! What happiness to find such a nice place. We highly recommend this place. We are so looking forward next year to stay again. Thank you Dustin.

Very Nice
Me and my wife came and stayed here for a weekend for our anniversary. We had a great time, and the condo was very clean and kept up very well. Our only complaint was the shower door was hard to open and close, and I realized when we were packing to leave it was just off the tracks, so that is an easy fix. If that's the only thing there is to complain about, you know it's a great place! Wonderful location and short walking distance to the beach and to everything on 30A. 10/10 would recommend!

Picture Perfect
Communication was great, property was exactly as described and super clean! My only suggestion is to put some type of small side table/floor cabinet in the bathroom so guests can place their toiletries since there is no countertop with the pedestal sink. But other than that suggestion, this property was perfect for my husband and me!
