We love Indian Point for the access to the lake plus being close to Silver Dollar City, and this property checked all the boxes. Every morning coffee on the deck with a view of the lake. Two living spaces for all the kids to sprawl out in with dual movie night options. No fighting over the bathroom. Plenty of space for everyone to be together...but plenty of space to find some "alone time" as well. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was very nice - not to be picky but a few things that I think could be improved on. ( I have traveled my whole life and have stayed in hundreds of Hotels and homes.)
Shower water pressure on the back two bedroom on the second floor very poor. Plates and bowls very interesting - short on forks (only ten). Barbeque pit in poor shape - had to take apart and clean the burners and the metal pieces on top of the burners to get to work. (My son-in law is very handy)
Could use a Chest in some the Bedrooms and possibly a chair in each bedroom/or a portable luggage holder

Great property! Just as listing states. Open floor plan allowed us to gather in one room and the two dining tables gave us plenty of room for games and meals. Only recommendation would be a coffee pot that brews faster than 45 minutes! We resembled “ Vultures ” waiting for it to finally finish!! We were unaware there was a Keurig available and didn’t bring pods with us.

What you see is what you get! This property was amazing. It had everything we needed, right down to excellent quality kitchen supplies. We were blown away by the quality of everything. The mattresses were extremely comfortable (some in our group said they were even more comfortable than their own beds!). We had our extended family visiting for a week to celebrate an early Christmas. Having so many en suite bathrooms spoiled us. Everyone had plenty of space and we appreciated that there were large spaces where all eleven of us could gather comfortably. Having two dining tables meant we could all eat together. The baby gear (high chair and pack n play) made traveling easier for the mama with four kids. If you’re considering booking this property, just do it. You won’t regret it. It’s the best rental property we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in quite a few). Thank you, Beth!!

The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for the size of our group. The layout allowed for our group of 14 to hang together but big enough and the design allowed for us all to have "Our Space" also. The view of the Table Rock Lake is amazing and the two large decks was perfect for viewing, relaxing, and the fireplace set everything off perfectly. It had a great balance of "Things to do" and space to live. The house was immaculate and Beth could not have been any easier or better to work with. I highly recommend this property if your looking for this size house and without a doubt, we'll do it again.

The property was extremely nice and looked exactly like the photos. It was above and beyond our expectations and was definitely plenty of space for our group. We would choose to stay here again. Hopefully the owner will consider extending the check out time to 12 noon. After speaking to other guests nearby, their checkout time was 12 noon.

This house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We loved that there was a washer/dryer located on both floors of the home. The view was beautiful. The pool was a little bit farther away than we expected so we just hoped in the car the second time we went.

This was absolutely a perfect place for our family. We had enough rooms for everyone which included their own bathroom. That was a fabulous asset. All of us commented how the layout of the house fit everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend this place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the home. There was plenty of space for everyone. We all had s great time being all under the same roof. The space was clean, beds were comfy and the kids and even big kids enjoyed the game room upstairs. The kitchen was so big and the two tables with bench seating was plenty big to seat our big group of 14.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is well-maintained and is as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The downstairs noise didn’t bother those sleeping upstairs. Also, those in the downstairs bedrooms didn’t complain of hearing footsteps from those upstairs. The hosts were excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again.
The owners have no control over the neighborhood but I wanted to make future travelers aware of a few things. There is a good bit of neighborhood construction but that didn’t bother us. A row of homes is being built in front of the deck that partially obstructs the view. All of the trees shown in the photos are now gone. Homes are very close in the neighborhood but that wasn’t a problem for us as it wasn’t crowded during our stay. For those that don’t like steep roads, note that the road onto the street where the home is located is quite steep. Parking is parallel in front of the home.

We had a wonderful stay minus a water line break the first day that resulted in the fire department showing up.

We had 9 adults at this property spending the weekend and had an amazing time.. the property manager did an awesome job communicating before the stay with all the details and we even had a couple of questions during our stay and Beth was prompt to answer. We will be staying here again and would recommend to anyone.

The only downside was the neighborhood is in the midst of construction. During the week it was noisy and not very relaxing. Other than that the house was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this property. We had 6 adults, 3 teens, and 5 kids in our group. It had lots of space with the 2 separate living areas and two decks for everyone to spread out. Having an en suite bathroom in each bedroom was really nice. The kitchen/dining area was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. Mornings could be a little loud when the kids wake up because of the hardwood floors. Kids loved the pac-man game, shuffleboard, bags, & foosball.
There is construction going on at this time, but after the first day, didn't really notice it. The road getting to the house area is a little steep, but that is not all that unusual for the Branson area.
The community pool and clubhouse were really nice. They were pretty close; you could walk 4-5 mins or drive 1 minute.
The owner was great and answered all our questions during our stay in a prompt manner.
Only issues we had were the Pac-man game sometimes wouldn't work and the bags game is in need of serious repair/replacement.

Absolutely Beautiful Home
This home was truly beautiful and so spacious, we unfortunately weren’t there long. But the time spent was worth it! We do plan on coming back and staying longer to fully enjoy the home! They only thing was the parking.. for homes this large would be nice to have at least 4 spots in front of house reserved.. we only had 3 cars and one had to park 3 houses down. Other than that everything was perfect!

Pleasant stay, convenient location
Overall the home was perfect for us. The kitchen accessories were well stocked! Nice bathrooms. Parking and maneuvering the construction equipment was challenging. We knew there would be construction but the jack hammer noise was not expected. Made things very dusty outside. :(. Black out curtains on the bedrooms would also help w sleeping especially for young guests.

Thank you for a great stay at your property. The house was very clean and loved all the cookware, double dishwasher and especially the added touch of the Christmas tree. It was perfect. My family had a little difficulty getting into the tall beds, but it was definitely hilarious watching everyone trying to get in. Thanks again.

Perfect Family Getaway
Everything was wonderful! The house was spotless! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and hang out. The balconies had spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to return very soon! I would highly recommend staying at Beth’s place!

Our large family spent 2 nights and we will be back. This home had plenty of space, bathroom for each room and was super clean. We plan to make this an annual trip. Beds are very high off the ground so it was a little difficult for the grandmas so a small step stool would be helpful.

The Good
beautiful home. beautiful view off decks we all enjoyed the convenience of toilet/Showers for each bedroom
The Bad
The beds are too tall. I am 6'2" and I had trouble getting into bed. My Son In law at 6'2" said he needed a running start to attack the high hurdles. Imagine the challenge of my 87 mom, who stand 5'2" trying to get into bed. the only low bed was a bunk bed on second floor and Mom was not about to climb stairs. we had to buy a 3 step, step ladder. not exactly very smart to have Mom climbing up a step ladder, with her history of falls.
we had been told there would be construction down the hill. obviously homes still being built. but we were not ready to have excavators, jack hammers breaking rock bed, dozers, and dump trucks operating off the decks. besides the noise
e ( which started at 7:00 ) the dust was terrible.
