the beds were very dirty, anyway we had our own blankets so it was not a problem and the air conditioning did not cool it felt very hot.

The fact that the beach was at a walking distance. There was more than one pool to go to. The property was close by shopping centers and restaurants.

The apartment could have been a bit more cleaner in all the rooms. Very dusty, the furniture was old and torn, the floors were sticky, rugs were dirty and Stained. The beds, blankets, pillows, and covers had stains on them as well. Found two Roaches.

It was really confusing. Since the name on the site was Lodge by the Sea & Fox Lodge, we assumed that was the name of the facility itself. Nowhere did we see this name. The name of the resort was something else, so we had a really hard time locating it. We booked with booking.com, picked the keys up from another place, and then the name of the place was different. Very confusing. A CODE was sent to get in the door. There was a keypad and a lock box. The email did not specify to use the lock box. It wouldn't work and we had to go through a whole lot to get in. Once we got in, it was great but not what we expected from the website.

Our group enjoyed how big and spacious the house was. The beds and other furniture were comfortable and everything we could have needed was easy to find.

When we first arrived the front door was jammed and we had to go through the back to get in. It was also alarming that the back door was left unlocked. The front door was difficult to enter for the whole trip. The upstairs toilet wasn’t clean at all.

The area was close to what we wanted to do and see.

Trash was left in our condo from a previous guest. We called about it& vacasa said they would send someone out who would call us before they came but they never did. Also, the door to the master bedroom was locked even through there are no locking mechanisms on the bedroom door. Again we called, vacasa said someone would come to help but never did. We left the next day very disappointed and we are never booking with them again.
