The property was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the ski-in/ski-out location of the property.

The condo itself is amazing. Exactly what we were looking for. Location can’t be beat as it’s ski in/out. The mountain lodge staff are horrendous. I have never been treated so poorly ever. They didn’t have enough people working the week between Christmas and New Years and apparently thought it was OK to take it out on guests. The F bomb was dropped to me by staff several times. I had a valet all but refuse to get my vehicle. Due to this I simply cannot recommend staying here nor will I stay again. I used to live in Telluride and my family still does live there. Sad to see how this place has gone down hill.

This place has it all. It has great access to the gondola which takes your right to mountain village square or into telluride. It also is very close to a grocery store which is awesome. The place itself is very nice and has everything you could need. The staff is very friendly and works hard to make everything you need available during your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Mountain Village!

Condo was in a great location, conditions were excellent. Plenty of space for 4 adults. The unit is on the bottom floor and there is a lot of noise coming from the unit upstairs. It started at 7:30 am and continued all day (we took 1 day off from skiing) until 11pm. The sounds were of footsteps, running footsteps and furniture moving. The other facilities were very adequate and the shuttle drivers were very responsive. There is slight inconvenience in what amenities are offered through Vacasa vs the lodge itself. Be aware that the lodge does have limited ability in assisting guests staying at this unit. The in-room washer and dryer were phenomenal and watching puppies walk by the window was very fun.

Property could use some updating. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well and the coffee maker didn’t work. Also the bedding in the guest room didn’t have a comforter just a thin blanket.

We loved staying in the Mountain Oasis! Lots of space - loved the floor plan! The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Would definitely stay there again!

We've stayed at this property before and booked directly - had a great experience. This time, we booked through vrbo/Vacasa and it was less so. Anytime we asked the front desk for something (an additional robe, where to take out trash, etc.) we were told that we had to "call the owner," yet there's no one local to call, so you have to email or call the customer service line of Vacasa. I reached out to them on an issue and didn't hear back for 3 days - we were only there for 6. The lack of coordination between the property and the "owner" was extremely frustrating as a guest, and the front desk did not treat us like their guests, even though we went to the restaurant several times, used their valet, etc., i.e., spent money there. The hotel is in a good location, rooms are good (could use some updating, but good) and people were mostly nice.

The unit is located in Mountain Lodge, a condo resort that is one of the older properties in Mountain Village. The lodge is outside the core so residents must walk to the gondola at the grocery store to access the gondola into Telluride. My husband was recovering from a knee procedure so we were very grateful that the lodge offers free van service anywhere in Mountain Village. The unit is adequate and clean. The furnishings and showers could use an upgrade. A bit tired. The unit is on the ground floor so there is a lack of light as someone else commented. However, it is very convenient with pets as you can let them out the back door for potty breaks. The resort is very pet friendly. Our issues here related to the property management by Vacasa. Some of the privately-owned residences are not overseen by the lodge but by the Vacasa. There is no one to assist on-site. This also means there are no amenities such as housekeeping and trash pickup. When calling to report any issue, the call is answered by a central phone call center that takes the information and says someone will get back with you. I called Vacasa to find out what to do with the trash (we stayed five days) but no one ever responded. My son left a back pack when we left. I contacted Vacasa twice by phone, paid a $25 fee for someone to go and look for the backpack and no one ever responded to tell me if it was there or not. I even called the front desk at Mountain Lodge to see if anyone could help. The staff was sensitive to my plight but said as they were not the property managers no one could enter the unit. The lack of response by the property management group seems to be a continuing problem. You can rent directly from Mountain Lodge. We felt like we would have been better off to explore this option even if it meant paying a bit more. It would be worth it to have trash pickup, housekeeping and a responsive staff. Needless to say, I will not rent from any properties offered through Vacasa again. Whoever owns this property is not being served very well by this property management group.
