We loved staying at this property. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. Short walk into town and the property was quiet. We barely heard any of the neighbors. We will definitely be staying again.

Overall a very good place to stay for a short summer family get away. Great views, easily walkable to restaurants and shops and the gondola to the mountain village. Appreciated the fans in the closet, we ended up running a fan most of the time we were there. Not 5 star as there were some areas of opportunity in the kitchen shared directly with the host/management. Also a word to the wise, many of the outlets have one plug connected to a wall switch so if something doesn’t work when you plug it in then try to find the switch attached to it.

Really enjoyed our summer stay in Telluride! Just to clarify, the hot tub is shared (description is unclear). The free shuttle every 15 minutes makes a stop right outside the door, which is a great feature. Views from the back porch (and pretty much everywhere) are pretty amazing.

The location is absolutely perfect if you are skiing or going to enjoy the mountain. It is less than a two minute walk to the ticket office and chair lift. I literally skied all the way to the condo complex door each day, no trudging or carrying skis, although it would have been painless if I had too. The location is a bit too far to walk to town but it’s only a short drive and parking was readily available during our stay. A few notable things to consider however is the possible noise from guests staying in unit above. During our stay the noise was obnoxious, despite kindly asking them to be more mindful. It sounded like a herd of elephants all morning and evening as they did whatever they were doing to create so much noise. Also, the hot tub was not available, so we were unable to enjoy after a day on the slopes. The beds were definitely not mid level hotel comfort or quality, as many other reviews have noted. Overall, I would stay here again if all of the amenities were available and someone could help with upstairs noise.

This place was great except for 2 dings against it. First, the hot tub was not working and Vacasa refused to find another, comparable place for us with a hot tub. Second, the internet was so bad we had to work from the public library. We asked for new internet and we’re given Verizon hot spots that were slower than the internet. Stay here if you want to disconnect, do not stay here if you are planning on working remotely.

Being on first floor was great. The view from the windows and small deck is phenomenal! The location is as great as the view, both the unit's and the building's. It's within walking distance to Clark's Market which is a wonderful grocery and prepared foods market. Walking through town along the path beside the river each day was a favorite. Easily parked in lot across from building and never needed car unless exploring out of town. Quiet complex. For anyone needing to work while staying or wanting to stream movies at night, the wi-fi in the unit is very slow, so don't count on using it for those purposes. On warm, sunny days the blinds must stay closed to keep unit from heating up as there is no A/C, but easy to open windows at sunset to cool it off. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are stocked well. Twin (regular not XL) beds have memory foam mattresses which some reviewers describe as hard, but they didn't bother me at all. Vacasa/Latitude 38 was lowest price and always easy with great customer service compared to other rental companies.

Sunlit living room, steps to the lift!
Well furnished, nicely appointed and clean 2 bedroom right near the slopes but not too close to the jacuzzi and pool area. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot!
This place was perfect for our trip to Bluegrass Fest. It was a very easy walk along the river into town. The kitchen was well stocked and even had spices and oils for cooking. I didn't give 5 stars because we were not told the pool and hot tub would be closed for painting. Our kids were very disappointed. Otherwise, we loved it!

We were very pleased here! Clean & nice place! And a wonderful location, you have a patio right at base of ski slope & 10 min pretty walk on river trail to downtown! Highly recommend staying here!

Internet was spotty and you had to be near the modem to connect (modem is in master bedroom). When we arrived, the weather was very hot. The last two days, however, were cold with snow. The owner has the baseboard heat and fireplace turned off during the summer, so we had to have someone come in to turn on the heat. The fireplace stayed off and we couldn’t use it. The pool was not useable and had green water in it. I assumed the same for the hot tub, but did not check (didn’t see anyone using it). There were people above us who we could hear talking and walking around. The place is not very sound proof.Overall as average place to stay in Telluride.

Perfect ski-in/ski-out!!!!
Loved our time in this adorable Telluride downtown rental!! Super easy check in process completed in person made sure everything was set up for us. Only a few steps away from the coonskin lift and galloping goose free in-town bus! So easy to ski, hot tub, dine, shop, and relax. Would highly recommend this rental as one of the most convenient places we have ever stayed!!!
