Stanza accogliente e pulita, colazione ottima e ben fornita, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Difficile trovare parcheggio in zona, ma la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari farà si che vi troviate ugualmente bene.

La camera è spaziosa e pulita. La colazione è in una sala comune condivisa con l'altra camera, con prodotti confezionati e la possibilità di prepararsi una bevanda calda. Posizione perfetta per visitare L'Aquila, essendo in pieno centro storico.

Struttura molto carina in posizione centralissima. Camera pulita e bagno nuovo. I proprietari sono molto gentile e accoglienti.

Uniche pecche: le pareti sono molto sottili e si sente ogni minimo rumore proveniente dalla stanza accanto, inoltre la colazione è molto basica, non offre granché.

The owner was extremely helpful upon our arrival, helping us with finding a place for our car and calling his son for translation as we do unfornatunately not speak Italian. The location is good, close to the very center, yet relatively quiet. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I ever slept on, indeed it was a dream of Hypnos come true. We would surely stay here again.

Very nice owner who helped us with parking. The house was authentic but build so nicely. The room was big. Bed was good. Food was enormous and in a beautiful dining room with one other table but we haven't seen other guests.

This was probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. An unassuming property from the outside, the front door opens into a beautiful reception area for check in. Up a winding staircase is a modern fully equipped kitchen/dining area which serves two bedrooms. Breakfast is self service but the choice of different foods is incredible. Our bedroom was spectacular, with very high vaulted ceilings, a great bathroom with an amazing shower, air con and a very comfortable bed. On a side street, there was very little noise, despite the rebuilding of the City which is ongoing. Our host was welcoming and gave us good recommendations for restaurants nearby. I can’t speak highly enough of this property.
