Spotlessly clean and spacious apartment with a wonderful garden area including a covered gazebo in case of bad weather. Richard, the host, could not have been more helpful, warm and welcoming

The Apartment was very comfy and clean. we stayed 3 days as a group of 4. The garden is huge and comfortable, we had a great barbecue there. Also the Host takes care of everything you need. Richard also provided us with detailed insights about a walking trail through nearby dartmoor. There you can enjoy a beautiful view and landscape. We would come back.

To sum up this was a “Home from Home’ and the owners were some of nicest people we had ever met. We had to attend my brothers funeral in Ivybridge, so was a stay for a sad event but this accommodation couldn’t of been more perfect for our family and needs. There was a wonderful outdoor space with gardens for our family to sit outside privately and relax. The owners were so warm and caring and couldn’t do enough for us . They were so considerate to our family and nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with everything we could need as well as a lovely selection of breakfast items . If you are looking for a welcoming place to stay you won’t go wrong by choosing here -enjoy .

We can honestly say there wasn’t a thing we didn’t like about this property.

Fantastic place to stay with brilliant outside space which my children loved, there was also a swing ball set setup for them to play with. The choice of food for the continental breakfast was plentiful and we were asked a few days before hand which milk and bread we would like. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with recommendations for walking routes etc.

The house is very old, and it s a very quiet place. The host is really nice, he has a thorough knowledge of not only the moor but also the beaches around.

Absolutely beautuful setting in a gorgeous country cottage. A warm welcome from Richard & Aisling, everything we needed was provided. The beds are SUPER comfy! We will be back - thank you.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Wonderful garden area and gazebo. Very comfortable beds Parking right outside the annex. Turn in off the road is snug but just takes a bit of getting used to (I was driving a large estate car).
