The location and view is great! The apartment I stayed in was huge with a big balcony overlooking the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and walk-in closet. There are also several pools in the complex and loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are 3 convenience stores close by.

Nothing really. Although the building itself has seen better days, it is still nice. There was no hot water in the apartment. The food and drinks at the pool bar is not very good, and a bit pricy. It can be a bit loud at the pool area as 99.9% of the guests are local package tourists (especially during the weekend) with kids.

i had problems with this hotel, the refrigerator didn't work and they changed it for a terrible one that was dirty and in poor condition,i want half or all of my refund☹️my food was spoiled

they served me old and spoiled seafood, the incident was discussed with the waiter and security guard

Private beach is excellent and safe. Room cleaned every day. 2 double beds. Good Air con. Balcony. Very quiet on 24th floor.

The location was pretty good: there's an Oxxo right in front of the hotel for your midnight cravings and also many other restaurants and fast food chains around. The pool was pretty nice too, except they poured some weirdly brown liquid into it at night - not sure what it was though. The view is also pretty nice, if you get a room with ocean view.

To begin with, the room and also the hotel itself is not what it seems like online. I'm sure it used to be a nice place, but by now everything's gotten old and it looks like nobody's taking care of maintaining the building nice and clean. After we checked in, we were brought into our room by one of the staff members, along with the remotes for the TV and the AC, (for which you have to leave a deposit of 200 Pesos), to learn that when they turned the AC on, pieces of ice and dirt came busting out. They wanted to keep my deposit since apparently it was me who broke it. Then, I called reception to ask them whether they could provide me with the key for the safe we had in our room but we were told that they don't work and that I don't need to lock my things away anyway. After that, we read some reviews and heard that many people had been robbed by the staff, so we kept our valuables with us or locked them in the car trunk, which is also why I recommend insisting on parking the car yourself so you can keep your key instead of using the valet parking service to not grant them any access to your belongings. So that's what we did, after that, things were pretty chill. The staff though, unfortunately, is pretty intrusive. On the first day right after our check-in, someone tried to enter our room, thinking we wouldn't be there. Kinda strange, why would anyone need to clean just a few hours after our arrival. Then the next morning the cleaning staff insisted on entering the room after we didn't hear the first few knocks. After we heard her and approached the door, she saw us and tried to get in anyway. Happened two times. Also, my boyfriend doesn't speak Spanish super well and was treated very poorly. He was trying hard but the staff made it seem like he wasn't even speaking the same language. It was made clear by looks and behaviour that he wasn't welcome - regarding the staff as well as the other guests.
