Very comfortable, well equipped villa. Good location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Martim is a very welcoming host. Thank you for having us. We hope to visit your place again.

direct in the Center, all Spots on the Island in very short distance. Supermarkt just a few footsteps. Martim ist very friendly and called us after check in, if everything is ok. We had have a short stay on the island. If we come back, we book again.

The location was superb, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, beach and taxis. the host had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We used the outside space every opportunity we had.... it was perfect. The BBQ was the icing on the cake.

There was only half of the paper toilet roll for 3 persons and no extra spare ones. Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11 am is not very comfortable.

Great location; clean, comfortabel house. Everything is at easy reach: A big supermarket is truly just around the corner; the beach is a short stroll and it is very near all restaurants, bakery shops and other shops of the town’s centre. The patio is nice to relax, I especially appreciated the hammock in the afternoon 😁😴

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The inner patio is very comfortable and nice for eating outside in privacy or relaxing on the brazilian-style hammock. Very close to the supermarket. Very near all the town's bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk from the beach and main peer.

The apartment was equipped with everything you need and super clean. From the sofa to the kitchen with its appliances all is of high quality. Great central location with a comfy patio. The street nearby can be a bit noisy during the day as it is one of the main roads, but the location makes up for it. Supermarket is basically next door and beach is also quite near :)

- very clean - well equipped kitchen, even an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and BBQ. - lovely outside area with a relaxing hammock - big and clean bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower - good location, big supermarket just 2 min walking and close to the beach - very nice owners - will recommend!!!!

A bit close to the main road, and traffic during the day. Other than that I have no dislikes.

The bathroom was great, very nice shower. The outside shower was a nice touch. The kitchen is modern, with a dishwasher! The place is spacious. The patio is very nice, with a chill hammock and a cozy fireplace and barbecue. Also it's situated very close to the beach and the city center. The owner was also very accommodating with checking in early and with storing our luggage after checkout. The owner also apparently listens to previous renters' reviews. For example, someone posted they were missing something like a fan - which was there during our stay. Huge plus!

At night, it was a too warm. Our suggestion would be an insect screen so the windows can be opened at night. Also a small curtain in the kitchen window would help with keeping the room dark in the morning.

Everything is new and tidy. Very nice small yard, where u can relax and make BBQ.

Noise of the street in the morning and lack of ventilation if windows are closed.
