Great location, but bed is hard as a rock, no working elevator, not well stocked, not very clean.

Terrible place—-total rip off! Couch was old and nasty, bed hard and lumpy, AC vents dripped continuously, dryer did not work and spit out water when you opened it after the cycle was finished, security made you feel like you did not belong there—-unable to relax! Property not kept up, security was rude and came knocking on our door @10p one night demanding our daughter move her car over by coligny plaza….do NOT recommend. Over priced—-we have stayed at much nicer places a few places down the beach that are much nicer, clean and cheaper! Demanding a refund.

It was good for what it what being used for (going to the beach and pool), but when it comes to the actual place itself, it wasn’t great. The beds shouldn’t even be considered beds- we slept on the floor and it was more comfortable. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, and the entire place was just so outdated. For how much they charge we kind of just figured we’d have a nicer place to stay.

Cozy condo in a great location. Only complaint was the mattresses. The pull out bed needs an egg crate or something it is very uncomfortable. Would stay again if I brought my egg crate.

The location to Coligny is great, you can walk there for almost anything you need. However the condo itself wasn't all that great. Bathroom door didn't lock or even fully shut, the ice maker did not work, and it was a very limited kitchen. We had to wash the coffee cups daily because there were only 3.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (extremely hard). There was no dishwasher detergent and the elevators do not work, so lots of steps.

The condo was nice. Just as described. Awesome for a mini trip for my husband and I. Location was great we love staying close to the little shops and beach. On the bad note really need to make the outside more presentable they are suppose to be adding elevators but it all looks messy outside.

This place is right on the beach with private pool. I gave 4 stars due to the tight parking.which is understandable due to location. Also the elevator are not yet fully installed. So walking up 6 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor was kinda a pain with luggage. But who really cares the location is in the heart of all the excitement. The tiki hut next door ,coligny plaza, ocean pool. The trees were too tall to have a great ocean view but I had a great view of the stars on the balcony. The staff at vacasa are incredibly nice and you speak WITH A LIVE PERSON. No matter the time. I will continue to book with them. This was the best vacation ever. And I have been on hundreds. Due to location. My son and his friend 14 and 15 had the time of their life. Perfect location for teens and tiki hut for adults. Plenty of bars and shops and restaurants in walking didtance.

We booked 2 months ahead of time and the only thing available was this small condo. It was the only available that had beach access. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but could be slept on. Bedroom tv remote didn’t work properly. Dishwasher had leftover food on filter from previous people, which was disgusting. Not enough provided laundry detergent for a 5 day stay. And not a single door locked except the front door which was the most frustrating part having 2 adults and children. Couldn’t lock the door to the bathroom or balcony. The door going into the living room wouldn’t close all the way. And don’t get me started on 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. Noticed y’all are putting one in now. Must have had enough complaints about that to put one in. Little to no parking either. First 2 nights I had to park in a no parking zone next to the automatic gate. With all the construction going on theirs not enough parking. But love the location. Perfect place seriously. If you don’t care about inside of condo much this is perfect location.

Location was perfect. Unit 306 was great for the two of us. Parking a little hard to find one spot at night after 8 pm. This is due to some spots being used for construction of elevators that are being put in. Unit was steps to the beach and within walking distance of Coligney Plaza. We prefer king size bed but knew before we booked that unit has one Queen sized and that wasn’t a problem as bed was comfortable. Loved the kitchen area with fridge, small stove and toaster oven. We ate in for breakfast and lunch and ate out every night for dinner. Would stay there again!
