It was the best hotel in my trip to Norway, and we have been in several hotels around the country. It is in walking distance to the town centre but you also have the possibility of using hotel taxi. It is a quiet area, ideal for sleeping. Situated just by the fjord, it has modern premises with lovely decoration and views you will never forget. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and everything was superb: food quality, the dishes themselves, the views from the heated outdoor terrace. Breakfast is simply extraordinary: wide variety of cold and hot options, fresh products, top quality, Norwegian specialities. Congratulations to the chef! The outdoor jacuzzi made our day. It was so hot and relaxing with a view to the fjord that made our stay unforgettable. This hotel is one of the reasons to come back to Norway. The staff is extremely polite and pleasant. The do their best to help you with everything. It is clear that they like doing their job. Thank you for everything you have given us!!!

Having stayed only for one night!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel. L'emplacement est un peu excentré de geiranger mais pour laisser place au calme avec une vue imprenable sur le fjord. L'espace détente avec les jacuzzi est parfait après une longue journée de route ou de visites. Le personnel est très agréable, le restaurant panoramique propose des plats gastronomiques et un super petit déjeuner très varié ! Une belle parenthèse de bien-être dans un lieu époustouflant !

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave us great advice for touring the area, offered to drive us the mile into town. ALL staff were exceptional. Restaurant had fabulous views.

Beautiful view of the fjord. Wonderful buffet breakfast, especially the eggs Benedict, so it was a pity we had to rush for our cruise and had limited time to eat. Complimentary shuttle to and from ferry terminal. Friendly staff.

Nothing really. Wished we had stayed for an additional night. Expensive though. And some ongoing road construction but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Service was amazing, Helga and Szymon were both very friendly and helpful with providing information about Geiranger / the hotel. Room’s view was exceptional, and there is a walking/camping area right outside the hotel where you can walk along the fjord coast. Room was clean and has all the basic amenities. The hairpin road lies directly behind the hotel, perfect for some photos! Breakfast was tasty (love the waffles!) and offered a rather generous selection of food items. Requests for the provision of a transport service to the city centre was prompt and on time.

The hotel lies a bit far from the city centre (about 5-10min drive) which may be of a mild inconvenience but the hospitality and free transport service provided makes up for it.

Fabulous location, lovely, clean room with a view of the fjord, excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Parking was a little tight

Superbe établissement, idéalement situé sur le fjord, chambre spacieuse avec balcon sur le fjord, parking gratuit, spa sur le fjord, parking gratuit, restaurant et petit déjeuner exceptionnels.

De n'y rester qu'une nuit !!!
