We really enjoyed this property! It was very clean and well stocked! It was close to all the restaurants so we could walk everywhere!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Convenient location right on the beach near lots of restaurants. Very comfortable! I really enjoyed the in unit laundry and convenient parking. The decor is updated. We will be back!

The condo and property were both excellent and very well maintained. We left with a favorable impression and a desire to book the same week next year. But upon checking the website, we found that the booking fee for fall 2023 had increased by 49%. The Service Fee increased by 45%, and the damage waiver increased by 114%. Overall the same condo for the same week next year was quoted almost $1,000 higher than this year. We hope management will reconsider such staggering increases in fees and we will be searching for a better value in 2023.

The condo was very clean and so close to the beach which was great. We didn't use the pool but that is new. The master bedrooms tv could not access Netflix. There were restaurants you can walk to , but we rented a car for the week. The only real issue was my husband has bad knees and getting in and out of the tub was difficult for him. We would definitely stay again!

This condo is so welcoming, relaxing and comfortable - perfectly styled to bring you into the beach vibe and outfitted with everything you could ask for to make the most of it! The ocean sights and sounds from hi-top deck furniture provide the very best way to enjoy your coffee and start the day! On-site, we spent our mornings in the ocean and afternoons in the pool - both were so inviting & refreshing with temps ideal for hours in the water (we went in late May). Appreciated the elevator and the reserved parking - getting around IRB is easy and we didn't encounter any roadway congestion or parking challenges at all. Within walking distance are quaint shops & eateries to explore! All the accommodations made for a fabulous week away - We'll be back - promise!!

Fabulous seaside condo.
Beautiful sunsets from 2floor deck. Really good restaurants within walking distance and very short Uber trips. Steps from the white sand beach and clear ocean water. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds with manny pillow choices .

Accommodations were spacious, clean and modern. There was an issue with the HVAC system that took a little too long to resolve.. Overall a pleasant stay at this property.

The only thing when we reserved our week we were not informed that the pool would not be useable because it was being rebuilt. It wasn’t a big deal, but still would have liked to have been given a heads up. Also, there wasn’t anyplace to clean off sand from your feet because of the pool rebuild.
Other than that I would go back in a minute.

This condo was amazing! Super clean, well decorated and spacious. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Having both the pool and beach option right there was a big plus! We can't wait to go back! Best place we have stayed in the area!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was quiet and only a few steps from the ocean. I love that the parking is under the building so we were always in the shade. The pool was very small, but we still usually had it to ourselves. We would definitely love to stay again.
