We have been coming to OIB since 2010 and this was one of our best stays. Condo easily slept 9 - in a quiet neighborhood so slept very well. Bathrooms are updated with plenty of hooks and space. Living room well situated for movie night. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and basic oil and salt and pepper. Plenty of plates and serving utensils to serve two meals without running the DW. Storage closet on ground level has two bikes and wait for it a SHIBUMI!!! 5 min easy walk to the beach. Pool right next to condo. Overflow lot with four spaces if you have more than two cars. Will stay here again - Jennifer was responsive with all of our questions!!!

The condo has agreat layout and location. We rented as a home for our immediate family at vacation with our extended family.

Overall the place and location worked well for our family. We had stayed in this area two years ago so knew where to swim and walk to the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. The master bedroom was hot while sleeping. Needs more circulation. Also, whoever had been there before us didn’t clean up the stove and oven from food droppings, so everytime we cooked, it smelled like we were burning something. The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, utensils, but needs tongs, and dishes with lids.

Had a wonderful time making memories with the family. Communication was wonderful and the condo had many amenities for the family.

My family of 5 enjoyed out stay at this condo. It was comfortable, clean and very quick walk to the beach. We also enjoyed use of the pool, tennis court and the beach chairs/umbrella in the storage closet.

We hope to stay at this listing again in the future. We had plenty of space as just two people when staying inside during the rain, and the kitchen was certainly helpful with plenty of cookware/dishes/seasoning, an ice maker, and dishwasher. We only had one question the whole time, but J responded super quickly. Highly recommend!

Everything was great for our stay! The condo had exactly what we needed. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was right out the door. We would definitely stay At Jennifer’s condo again!

Loved my weekend here. Condo was close to the beach, plenty of amenities near by. And ample room for my wife and 3 kids. The sunset on the water down the street stole the show for the kids. Cant wait to return

The stay this time was disappointing. First of all I did not want to do this survey but I think you need to know. I rented this place because it was not pet friendly. Found out that pets had been in the condo and I just did not feel comfortable. I paid for “No Pets Allowed”. We also found some roaches, alive and dead. The reason for not staying again is the stairs but that is not your fault. Thank you for opening up your beach home and it is a lovely place.

My family and I stayed for 6 nights, to enjoy the beach, and local golf. We were extremely pleased with the unit, it was comfortable, clean and had so many amenities. Owner was very helpful answering questions. Loved Ocean Isle Beach and the area. One small warning, there are a lot of stairs up to the unit if you are an old guy with hockey knees (like me), trying to carry suitcases and groceries, but other than that, it exceeded our expectations, and we would stay their again, in spite of the stairs.

Walking in at first made us feel like we were at home, with the cleanliness and the fresh smell. At that point we went ahead and scheduled our next visit for the Oyster Festival in October. The home is real spacious and comfortable. We love Ocean Isle and we will make this stay as long as we can.
There was one annoying thing in the home and it was the noise from the refrigerator but we slept right through it and will come again.
Being over 60 years of age, the stairs was not my friend but I will come again as long as my knees will let me climb the stairs.
This home get not a 5 star rating but a 100 star rating 😄😄🚗😄

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 6! Everyone was able to have their own bed, and enough room to spread out and have our own space. I am a clean freak, the fact that we were able to come into a nice clean place was a big plus for me! Bringing our own sheets and towels didn’t bother us, I usually pack our own anyway, to us, it feels nice to sleep in your own bedding. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and it was nice to have a full sized washer and dryer!! My daughter read a book from the owners library and we even were able to have a family game night with the many games they have to choose from.
You can sit out on the deck and still hear the waves crashing from the beach!! The walk to the beach was easy and about 3 minutes. The pool by the beach was a big winner for our kids when they were tired from fighting the waves.
We were very pleased with this family friendly condo and hope to stay here again.

Have been going to OIB for 20+ years and decided to try a new place this year. Stay was wonderful; Jennifer was super responsive, great location and place had everything you need. Will be back there for certain!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s condo on OIB. The Condo was clean and well equipped for our family. We enjoyed the fact that we were appx 2 min walk from the beach and that there was a ocean front pool to dip in and break up the heat as well as a pool close to the condo. This is our 2nd time in OIB and we have grown to love the area as it’s safe with a neighborhood feel. I definitely will save Jennifer’s condo on our list to consider for future OIB trips!

We loved our stay in Ocean Isle. The condo was beautiful and felt like home. It never felt crowded with our group of 8 young adults/adults. The pools never felt busy and the beach was just a short walk. Everything was great, and Jennifer, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great time at this rental. It was clean and comfortable, and convenient to the beach. We were four adults and three kids, with plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying a TV show, and for meals around the table. Jen was easy to reach and helped when we needed. The only inconvenience was bringing our own linens--probably a practice instituted during the COVID pandemic. It would be nice if the owners changed that. Otherwise a perfect vacation destination!

The condo is surprisingly spacious- nice layout. It was clean, beds were comfy! Table outside offered multiple dining options. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, the pool across the driveway and the field out back. We also easily biked to the center of town for activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely vacation condo!
We try and stay in Starboard every year and this rental was perfect! The condo was very clean and a close walk to the beach! It had everything we needed for the week and overall we were extremely satisfied!

Great Getaway
We really enjoyed staying at this property. This was our first stay here. The property was extra clean and had everything we needed with extras like board games for the kids on rainy days. The size of the condo was perfect size with 3 bedrooms, everyone had their own space. There were beach chairs, tent, and beach cart in the owners closet. We enjoyed the pools close by and beach.
