The rooms were really lovely.
We were pleasantly surprised.
When we arrived, we found the place to be deserted with a note on the door telling us to find our keys at another hotel nearby. The building looked abandoned and we were dubious.
However, the gent on reception reassured us and we had a tour of rooms before checking in!

Breakfast was very good!
It is kind of quaint but very run down and awkward. It is a separate building from the main hotel. Shower did was in a tub with no shower curtain. You can find a better place for the price.

It was a little tricky finding the parking, as one has to go to the hotel to get the parking assigned in the ParkPlatz. We stayed at the building which was a little away from the hotel, although it was not at all inconvenient. The room was really huge and well planned and clean. I have a little baby, let me tell you the bed is big enough for a small family. I was in fact offered Baby Bett, but I chose to go with the normal bed. I wouldn’t say the cleanliness is 100% rather I’ll give a 95% rating. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and you could take a really good walk along the shores of Isar and if the weather is fine, you could really go into the water.
Only the confusion regarding the parking could have been avoidable.
