Stanza piccola ma carina, bagno pulito, bella terrazza con Jacuzzi 2 posti riscaldata. Bella vista sulla città e sul mare.

Non hanno provveduto a pulire e riordinare la stanza. Quando ho protestato mi è stato risposto con scortesia che c’era stato un problema e che l’errore è umano, senza scusarsi o provvedere a chiamare qualcuno per risolvere il problema. Inoltre un piccolo sportellino di un comodino era staccato già al mio arrivo e l’hotel mi ha accusato ingiustamente di aver rotto il comodino volendomi addebitare la cifra di 80€. Non sono stato avvisato nonostante il check della camera al termine del soggiorno. Ho scoperto la richiesta di 80€ tramite messaggio su Booking. Sono tornato in hotel e ho chiesto spiegazioni che non mi sono state fornite. Una truffa! Aggiungo che avevo dimenticato un cappello che dicevano di non aver ritrovato, e che solo dopo aver minacciato di fare cattiva pubblicità è magicamente spuntato fuori. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura in cui chi gestisce evidentemente in cattiva fede cerca di estorcere denaro.

Very well located just in front of the bus station

I found TWO bed bugs. And no im not the one who brang them there because i saw them crawling on the bed before i even layed in it. The host did changed me room for the night and checked the room the next day. He did offer me a refund for the second night but i would have lost all day changing hotel so i stayed that last night and put my luggages outside because i didnt really have a choice. The room looked clean at first but when i pushed the bed i fount out it was really dusty and cleaning wasnt done well because i found socks, eye fold, airpod, bottle cap behind the magress (see pictures). Also the draining in the bathroom is not idel so water gets everywhere.

The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, the shower in the bathroom had good pressure and temperature. The room was spacious and the staff were lovely. The pool was really nice as well.

We stayed in a room with a double bed, a single bed and a ‘sofa bed’ which was just a sofa with bed sheets thrown over it and was not comfortable at all for sleeping on. The bathroom did not have a fan or a window so there was no ventilation and the steam built up. there was not enough space for hanging up towels - just one tiny metal bar in the bathroom and no hooks in the room. The room would often smell of cigarettes - none of the guests in my group smoke. The kitchen had some things but was not well equipped and you had to get creative when cooking

Good facilities, very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus station.

Pool wasn’t in use but we were visiting before season. If buses aren’t running, it’s quite a long and dangerous walk as there’s no pavements from the port.

Nos atendieron súper bien desde el primer día, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pedimos, nos recogieron y además nos dieron una habitación más grande de la que habíamos reservado, ya que tenían disponibilidad. El dueño súper amable, la ubicación excelente (podíamos llegar caminando al centro), todo cómodo y limpio. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Dirty bed. Broken shower. Not sure if the heater was working I couldn’t turn it on.
