As last year, the house was perfect for our group. The weather cooperated this year, so we were able to more fully enjoy the property playing Baggo and enjoying the fire pit and smores at night. The river view is spectacular. I could just sit on the deck or gazebo and enjoy the running waters. Excellent VRBO location. Owners have provided everything you could need and are such nice people.

We have a large family and celebrated Thanksgiving on the White this year. We had plenty of room for all. And it was a perfect kitchen (well stocked with pots/utensils) for cooking. We loved being on the river for fishing and exploring and used the fire pit for s'mores! Really great place and host were very helpful.

This place is unbelievable. So beautiful. Sandy is amazing. Best place I’ve stayed at so far. We stay at at least four or five places a year and this one is by far our favorite. We will be staying here again. Thank y’all so much.

This lovely property on White River is amazing. Everything about it was simply perfect and I’m not exaggerating. From breathtaking views from the balcony to having a lot of beds and sofas and games…this house have it all. Sandy and Scott are amazing people and we hope to be back to their place again.

Had a great weekend in the house! Was as advertised. Only thing I wished was better was the Wifi even though im sure they have limited options given the location. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

Sandy did a fabulous job giving special attention to details. She welcomed us with a personal tour of the property, she provided a gift basket that had something suitable for all ages and provided fresh vegetables from her garden. There was always something to do, such as, kayaking, fishing, cornhole, painting, sightseeing, and just relaxing on the deck or by the river. It's a beautiful place with very friendly hosts. It's definitely a place we would visit again.

Property owner super friendly and helpful! The house and river access/view was as advertised and spectacular. Secluded and quiet. Cell service not available, however there is WiFi, dish and a land line. We would definitely stay there again!

If you are looking for a large property directly on the river with walk-in access, this is your place! We had a great time fly fishing, playing games, cooking, using the firepit for hot dogs and s'mores, watching the bald eagles over the river, listening to the shoals, relaxing and spending down time together. Our crew had 6 adults and 3 teens/tweens and we plenty of space. The place was very clean and the owners had great communication. It was also extremely well stocked for cooking, etc. It is a pretty remote location (at least for us city people) but that was fine by us. All the little extras made this place great for a getaway. There is no cell service (at least with AT&T) but there is Wi-Fi.

This was a perfect getaway in an absolutely outstanding home. Everything was breathtaking, every detail was attended to and the view of the river from the deck was unparalleled. Our host was delightful, helpful and accommodating to our need. Strongly recommend this as a must go to for your next Ozark vacation to anyone want the perfect place to relax in luxury.

Sandy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. We had a small wedding here and it was more magical then we could have imagined. This property was perfect for our wedding, but I would also be perfect for a family reunion, a fishing trip, or just a get away. This property has it all- literally. I would 100% recommend.

We took all our kids and grandkids to the white river to celebrate my birthday! The house accommodation were perfect! 3 bathrooms on top floor and one on the bottom all had plenary of towels and wash clothes as well as travel size soap and shampoo!! Very easy check in and check out! Had all the kitchen gadgets and dishes we needed plus a cute set of plastic kid dishes they loved! Big refrigerator held all our meal supplies and we cooked every meal at the house—including grilling the fresh trout we caught off the bank! We enjoyed the fire pit at night and made s’mores! Check out was easy peas-everything back in its place and used towels in the hampers! All our kids loved this place and we want to come back next year! Sandy is a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the White River at this lovely accommodation. The home is even better than the pictures. The property managers were great and very attentive to our every need. We had plenty of space for our family of 10. Kitchen was very spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The home is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. All in all, we had a great time.

We had a great stay overall! We absolutely loved the house and location. The house was clean and tastefully decorated with a beautiful view. My family had a wonderful trip. I highly recommend staying here.

First class property and hosts! The property is super clean and the hosts have thought of most everything in amenities. Especially love the deck overlooking the river and listening to the Schulz. So bald eagle most every day. Fabulous place to get away with a fairly large family we had 12. The splash pad in Yellville and the big Spring and rope swing in Cotter or terrific for the children. The yard and house were great for games and just being together. Very impressed with this great place to get away. Also had a great trout fishing guide.

One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed on while visiting the White River. The host went above and beyond in making sure we have an enjoyable experience. Plus note I caught my biggest brown trout if 24 inches fishing right behind the back porch. The house was clean organized and had all of the amenities needed for our stay.

We rented this beautiful property for a small wedding by the river, and it was PERFECT! The owners were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for customer service. We can’t wait to go back again!

First let me say that the owners are the nicest people! Superb communication and a pleasure to deal with at every stage of renting a property. The home is large and perfect for a big group like ours (8-9 adults and 2 children); we never felt crowded in any room. The bedrooms are so nice, all beds are comfortable, and 3 full bathrooms on the main level was a HUGE bonus. There's also a full bath downstairs, along with a large bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, and bunk beds. Plenty of towels, too! Outdoor spaces are large, well maintained, plenty of parking, and use of garages was SO appreciated (it rained several times during our stay). We used the main level deck, the downstairs patio, AND the gazebo you don't see in the pictures. Lots of family came to visit during our week, and we always had plenty of space! Kitchen is wonderful! We cook most meals, and we had every pot, pan, bowl, appliance, dish & silverware we needed. Second sink and the small refrigerator downstairs was helpful, too. The only issue for some people may be the stairs, which is mentioned several times in the description. Folks with bad knees be warned. The direct river access was phenomenal. We rent fishing boats each year, and it was wonderful to be able to come ashore right at the house for lunch or breaks. You also get the sound of the river rushing over rocks while sitting on the deck - just perfect. Sandy, thank you for being the perfect host. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

This was an amazing getaway for us all! Everything went so smooth! Owners are wonderful and very nice! We definitely will be booking here again in the future! It was beautiful!

We had our families drive up from Texas for our daugthers graduation. The house is amazing with easy access to the river and beautiful views. The host is very accommodating, the house feels like home with alot of little "extras" to make your stay comfort. The adults loved the outside patio and fishing, while the teenagers enjoyed the water and the multiple outdoor and indoor games. This trip will always hold special memories for us! I highly recommend staying here!

This property is perfect for 3 couples and their children. (Due to bed configuration) The facility is in great shape, very comfortable, and well stocked. As someone who has offered their own VRBO in the past we really appreciated the extra coffee, laundry pods, and many other items too numerous to list. It was like staying at your very own vacation home. The multiple outdoor sitting areas are comfortable and great for breaking out into intimate groups. Of course, the sound of the rapids on White River are the show stopper. We can't recommend this enough.

We loved this property! It’s right on the water and it’s so relaxing. Checking in was easy. It was clean and we a great time. We will be back for sure!!

Really enjoyed the long weekend here. The house did not disappoint but what makes the rental is the outside. View was amazing and there are plenty of outside seating areas to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Buffalo City for a family canoeing vacation. We had a large group and the house accommodations were perfect for all 13 of us. The house is spotlessly clean, very well maintained and is well stocked with everything you need and more. We played games, put together puzzles, fished in the White River and when we were ready to get out the host left us a list of things we might find interesting. The host was so accommodating to our needs that she felt like family! I certainly hope to be able to rent from them again!

This home was perfect for our big family! Lots of space. Amazing views of the river from balcony. The guys fished from the river bank while the ladies all relaxed in chairs down by the river. Cornhole was the perfect competition for the whole family. We would love to stay again! You will not be disappointed

The right place when you are wanting to get away from the city.. We do trips every year and this is one is one of the best, not so much for the things to do but for the overall experience The house is very nice, and spacious.. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and very clean. The owners are very nice.. Melissa waited for us and gave us a quick house tour and Sandy was very attentive and helpful with any questions we had. They do their best to make you feel welcomed . We had a great overall stay..
