Perfecto para una persona o una pareja, este estudio tranquilo y confortable es un acogedor hogar lejos del hogar. El gran ventanal de la habitación principal da a un área cubierta de hierba con patio cercado y espectaculares vistas del atardecer. Este estudio tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Hay 3 escalones en el estudio desde el exterior y no es accesible para sillas de ruedas. El área principal tiene un sofá de dos plazas y una cama queen size (nueva en julio de 2017). La cocina completa está equipada con una amplia gama, refrigerador y microondas. Junto con electrodomésticos más pequeños como Keurig y cafetera de goteo, licuadora, batidora de mano y tostadora. También se incluyen por conveniencia especias, aceite de cocina, café / té y suministros de café, productos de papel, productos de limpieza y bolsas de basura. Los gabinetes de roble proporcionan iluminación debajo del gabinete y están completamente equipados con todos los utensilios de cocina que necesita para crear una excelente comida si tiene ganas de cenar. We stayed in the studio which was 1 of the 3 units on site. Plenty of parking and the shared backyard was great for my dog.

What a very nice, comfortable little cottage in a great location. Nice amenities and very clean. Although we didn't bring our dog this time, we will for sure on our next visit. Bonnie was super responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in and even extended a late check-out, which we didn't need this visit.
I would highly recommend this place.

I had a great 10 days as a single woman in Prescott for part work part vacation. This must be the most charming residential street in Prescott, walking distance to the plaza; a few miles from Trader Joe's, Target, REI, and Costco; and 15 min by car from many fantastic hiking areas. Bonnie was an excellent communicator and manager from initial inquiry to end of stay. Wifi worked well for work. I really appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked because I like to balance home cooked meals with restaurants. It was great to be able to do laundry. I enjoyed the outdoor patio when no other guests were around. I'm used to sleeping on a much firmer mattress but was still able to get a good night's sleep.

Outdoor cushions in courtyard were torn and dirty, we used towels to cover them. Adjoining residence was doing laundry at 11 at night which was very disruptive to us. Perhaps laundry services should be limited prior to 9:00 pm since it adjoined our bed by a door. Floor lamp was broken and vent cover above microwave was not attached so fell off when we opened the door. Otherwise lots of towels and amenities and overall very clean inside.

Location was very convenient to the facility I was working at. I work nights so sleeping during the day is crucial…bed was very comfortable and location was quiet…if the location had thicker curtains over the blinds it would have been perfect…so 4.9 out of 5 only because I like pitch black rooms

The only issue we had was a member of the group staying in the cedar cottage had a little too much to drink and tried entering our cottage. Other than that it was great.

1st off, located in a beautiful area of renovated Victorian Homes… a historical area. Close to the library and the Courthouse all within walking distance.
The Unit has a great kitchen, fully stocked with any type of pan needed. Plenty of towels, plus paper products and the ambiance is top notch. A delightful little back-yard. Pets allowed..Mia loved it! Plus a s beautiful little patio filled with potted plants, Tiger Lilly’s, Foxglove, Roses…. Just beautiful.

The manager, Bonnie is a very considerate & kind person. The property is very nice with a small backyard with singing birds! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need including a w/d. I stayed in the studio cottage with my little dog & we have been delighted with it. The cottage is very clean, and Bonnie makes you feel very welcome. I stayed an extra week, and may have to stay another week & Bonnie has been very accommodating. The overall location is on Mt. Vernon street which is also a gorgeous place. Parking & motion sensitive lighting make it very safe. I would stay here again & highly recommend this property & manager.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage - just enough space for us with our dog, and the fenced in yard for him was a huge plus! Everything was clean and well stocked! We’ll definitely look for this again the next time we are visiting!

Great little place that was reasonably priced. The location is great, this cottage is located in a beautiful historic community.
I've stayed in Prescott many times both in rentals and hotels, I was happy with this choice.
Owner was quick on responding with my last minute reservation and was helpful and kind to my needs.

Everything you need.. cute set up in a great neighborhood

Spotless, comfortable - albeit small - apartment, located just 1/2 mile from Courthouse Square and the many shops and restaurants nearby. It's easily walkable, if you're ok with hills. If you're not, it's a 2 minute car ride and easy parking. Plenty of towels and linens provided, and a full array of kitchen utensils and supplies are on hand. Fridge is large and relatively new -plenty of room for whatever you need it for. Property owner/manager Bonnie provides a multi-page doc with all you need to know re check-in (which was painless/seamless) and other details about the apartment proper as well as favorite restaurants and other nearby neighborhood features. There are also lots of brochures and menus on hand to get you familiar with all that's available. And she is unfailingly quick to respond and helpful, should you email her with any questions. About the only thing she can't help you with is the weather :) Thru-the-wall a/c unit keeps the space cool and there are fans, too, if you prefer a quieter solution to combat summer heat.
Plenty of drawers and closet space, too, if you're staying awhile. And the shared washer/dryer combo is a really nice convenience. There's even detergent and dryer sheets!
A definite stay-again.

Wonderful Stay!!!!
Comfortable and clean cottages!!! This was my second stay here. This visit our family took a mini vacation and we stayed at all 3 cottages on the property. We totally enjoyed our family evening where we made use of the lighted patio and grill. Quiet neighborhood! Easy walk to downtown festivities and restaurants. Bonnie as usual was an excellent hostess!!

The parking can be tricky as the drive way can be easily missed if not paying attention. As well as the amount of parking spots if someone decides to take up two spaces. Luckily we just parked on the driveway close to the patio area.
I will definitely stay here again as it was close to the square and other places to visit.
