Great location and clean house.

The backyard needed some attention. Needed mowed and quite a bit of junk and trash laying around. Most likely from past guests, but definitely should have been taken care of prior to new guests' arrival.

The location was good. Had a small beach within walking distance and not far of a drive to the beaches and attractions. Three bedrooms, good size living room and dining room. A/C worked great!

Bathroom door didn't close. Water pressure was very bad. The vent in one bedroom made a lot of noise. TV in the living room was finicky.

It was a very peaceful place to getaway and the cleanliness was great.

The neighborhood was quite. The home was in decent condition. The host was accommodating. We showed up 2 hours earlier then check in time an she worked with us to get us into the home. We appreciated that.

The smell was off putting but I do believe it comes with the age of the home. The water pressure wasn't the best but it cleaned us. We are probably just picky on that subject. It really wasn't anything that couldn't be lived with for the week. L

I loved how spacious the property was.

The "beach view" that we did not get! Also tried contacting the host by phone and text, and she never returned my call or text. Also checking out so early was very displeasing for the amount of money we spent.

The privacy. Nice place!
