What a cozy place. So clean. Really charming. Would happily stay again! Some other reviewers commented on furniture in the tv room- agree that the furniture in that room is a bit tired. It seemed ready for updating ( not comfy like furniture in the rest of the house) we stayed on a rainy weekend so used this room. However not at all a negative review of this property overall- it is wonderful!

A nice little floating home. Comfortable furniture, basic kitchen items for eating and cooking. Small bathroom with good water pressure and a lot of hot water. Great A/C unit kept us comfortable. The W/D is a combo unit for small loads of laundry. It doesn’t dry items well. Luckily the sun was hot so we draped our swimming towels outside to dry. Friendly neighbors on the dock. Great little coffee shop and cafe within walking distance.

The home itself is beautiful, clean, and well kept. Location is peaceful. Great to obtain a glimpse of retirement. Simple life. Very much enjoyed it with my family. We will again look forward to another vacation there when the opportunity is available.

What a treat to stay somewhere so different. Modern, easy to access, great views from the front deck and plenty of room. Just don’t drop anything because it’s straight into the water ( sadly had to learn from experience).

The place was very cute and clean! Large kitchen and two living areas, bathroom is rather small, would still be great for a family. There were only two of us for a short visit but we would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We just had some difficulty finding this float house. If you put the address into the GPS it takes you on some wild back roads that lead to nowhere. We then put the marina into the GPS and this took us to the main marina office but there was no one there. We called the marina office and left a message and no one returned our call. Eventually we had to resort to asking a lovely gentleman who was walking his dog for directions. It just would have been nice to have skipped all of this as we were tired from traveling and excited to get to our vacation home and start relaxing. Maybe some detailed instructions on how to get there and/or what to look for would be nice. But overall, it was a wonderful little home with wonderful neighbors. We would definitely come back again - hands down.

Absolutely gorgeous views and clean with every convenience imaginable......excellent stay!

It’s a beautiful scenic home. We stayed for a few nights while meeting up with our family camping road trip here in Bayview. The two bedrooms were decent sizes and there were plenty of space in family room. The location is wonderful close enough to many places in town. There many places to eat out. A Big Grocery store was only a few miles away no need to pack so many things. All check in and check out is through Vacasa. Make sure to check in on Vacasa before you get there to receive your check in info . Some phone carriers service were not working in the area. We got a good wifi connection while we stayed. In general, it’s a great experience! We hope to come back one day.

Great accommodations especially if you have a boat! Getting parking slips and place for boat trailer was very easy with Marina help.

Staying in a floating house was a fun experience. It was very clean and checking in/out was a breeze. In my check in info, I knew there would be an additional $5/day for parking. The unfortunate part - I’m not sure how it could sleep 6. The grey chair in the listing looked like a single fold out, but we couldn’t get it folded out all the way and even if we could, it didn’t sit level. So my 12 year old ended up sleeping on the sofa in the main living room (luckily she’s not tall). The double bed would work for a small couple, but not really for 12 & 14 year olds to share. We loved the proximity to Silverwood (our reason for being in Idaho) and enjoyed the sunsets on the little front porch in the evenings. The coffee shop in the area is good and dining in the lake one night was also a great experience.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family trip to Silverwood. We loved being right on the water and in walking distance to great places to eat.

This property was perfect for my family trip. Please clean the spiders and bugs from the garage, and figure out how to close it. A regular coffee pot, or fillable pod would be helpful. There was also no parking pass as stated in the materials and check-in email. We had to pay for parking. The accommodations were wonderful and we would absolutely come back.

Beautiful boathouse. Very clean!

What a cute boat house. Very good use of space that housed our family of 6 comfortably. Very clean and nice decor. Boat garage was a plus. A couple of annoyances was there was only a keurig coffee pot with no pods and no where near to buy them. Also it didn't even work once we found coffee. There is NO trailer parking anywhere near. Which is really frustrating because the house is set up to have your boat. Other than that it was great!

The setting was our favorite part! Beautiful, quiet and convenient to everything we needed. Check in/out was very easy. The home was comfortable, clean and pretty well stocked. The only problem we had was with boat trailer parking. We called Scenic Bay Marina before we arrived to make arrangements as instructed in the listing and were told that "everyone just parks on the street, they don't tow even though the signs indicate you're not supposed to park there" This wasn't helpful as parking IS an issue. If you take your boat/trailer, I highly recommend arriving when the marina office is open and going inside to talk to them. They can give you a tag and you can then park on "a street they own" and not get towed. This would have saved us a $150 towing bill. Lesson learned. We did use the boat garage at the rental and it was great, very easy to get in/out of and secure the boat. We enjoyed our time very much and will definitely return. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

I was playing in a three day disc golf tourney at Farragut state park. This location was perfect because it was only a 5 minute drive to the courses. It's very unique, being on a dock on the lake. There was a full kitchen, which was nice, and the wifi worked well, and the beds were pretty comfortable. It's a nice little place.

Cool float home and clean. Only tricky thing was checking in and finding the house. It was late when we arrived and dark so it took me a little bit to make sure I was at the right dock and then at the right home. But once we did everything was a piece of cake and really enjoyed our first time staying on a float home.

The property is awesome and we lived the location. However we had a lot of trouble with the lockbox and had to call for assistance and get a back up code. Otherwise great trip!!

I wish there was a 4.5 star. This place has obviously been beautifully remodeled. Very well done. The layout and functionality were great for our family of four. The house was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. I do have a few suggestions as this seems to be a new rental: -if you’re going to advertise the boat garage, you should list how big of a boat can fit. Ours isn’t big, but we couldn’t close the garage with it inside. Also, the garage needs major cleaning. My girls and I were scared to see how many spiders made their home on our boat. -I would recommend adding coasters. I felt bad with my coffee cup as I didn’t want to ruin any of the beautiful furniture! There are some really nice ones that would match your theme on Amazon. -In the description it says there is a coffee maker. I would change that to say kuerig. It would help people be better prepared (we brought coffee grounds). Thankful you had some pods! -The home does have AC, but it is in the front of the home. Thankfully we brought fans for white noise, but they were definitely needed for the bedrooms to cool down. -lastly, although the furniture looks nice where it is, the pieces in the tv room are really uncomfortable, whereas the couch in the living room is very comfortable. Maybe switch? With a lake house and unpredictable weather, sometimes there ends up being more movie time. Really nice that it had Disney +! This was a fun experience and very peaceful. The dock was quiet and we slept well. House was bigger than I anticipated probably bc there are two distinct sitting areas.
