This was a very nice unit for our annual family gathering. The house was very well maintained with obvious upgrades. Very nice views of the bay. The owners were very helpful with coordinating our arrival, as we were flying in from CA. Overall a good experience.

Peter and Dima were very friendly and were available for anything we needed throughout our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and is a short drive away from Long Beach Island which is the main spot on the ocean. Even the ocean beach was a few minutes of a drive. You can't access any water without driving so that is something to consider if it's a must for you to walk to swim somewhere. There are stores like Target and Walmart about 15 minutes away. Everything is easy to navigate to, by day 2 we didn't even use a GPS. Bring toilet paper, sheets, and paper towels. And the espresso machine doesn't work if you're a fan of those, but there is a milk frother and the rest of the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. If you have kids in a crib/toddler bed- you'd have to bring your own setup for them and in 2 of the bedrooms, there's only enough room for the twin beds. The master bedroom is pretty bright even at night because the blinds aren't room darkening but you can see the bay from the window. I can't say the views are spectacular, but there are views from the house and the island is pretty small so walking it is quick and easy. If you like to walk a lot, you will exhaust every street on both sides of the highway pretty quickly, but if wasn't a big deal for us walking our stroller around, the baby didn't notice the repitition haha. Overall, I would recommend the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home on Cedar Bonet Island. It was a cool and unique experience to rent a beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of the island, yet so close and convenient to Ship Bottom, Surf City and many great restaurants and shops. The home has beautiful views of the Bay with gorgeous sunsets and is located in a private, friendly neighborhood. The property is very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. Dima, the owner, was extremely polite, attentive to our needs and wonderful to work with.
