I can’t say enough positive about our stay at Oceania. Most of us have been to Aruba many times before and we all remarked that it was our nicest place ever. Very comfortable, easy access to the beach and wonderful care taken to the property by all the staff. Security and grounds were top notch. Loved everything about our trip! All the communication and check in process was very smooth and they had prepared well for us.

This was the first time we had been to Aruba. We were told Eagle Beach would be a nice area to stay. Since we prefer to stay in a place other than a hotel we look to book a place that will more comfortable We were lucky and found a great place with a great host. We were right across from Eagle Beach. The unit had 4 beach chairs and beach towels. There were even sand toys for kids. Melissa immediately responded to our messages. Her place was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We could walk to several nice restaurants. Oranjestad to the South and Palm Beach to the North were short bus rides. We highly recommend this location and I’m sure Melissa will do everything she can to be sure your stay will be enjoyable.

The listing was exactly what to expect out of this property and more! This is located on the end of Eagle Beach where it is less crowded and your short walk to the beach with provided chairs and cooler is just perfect. There is a short walk to multiple restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family of four enjoyed this condo. Right across the street from Eagle Beach. We loved that it was a more quiet, low key area, than the hotel area. We enjoyed the view from the porch every morning with our coffee. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The outdoor property is beautifully maintained. Lovely pools. The owner provided beach chairs and towels which was great for us. The owner was responsive to all of our questions and needs during our trip. I would recommend this property.

This was a wonderful place! This is our 2nd time to Aruba and by far the better place to stay. The updates are awesome and everything was so easy. Anna was the best and most helpful. We booked before the condo was sold to Melissa and she was so good to work with and always answered all our questions. Would absolutely rent from her again!!

The condo is very nice and updated, nice size and good location. We had a small issue in the bedroom but they took care of it right away. Overall great condo!

We had a great stay here! The location is steps away from the beautiful Eagle Beach. The condo is beautiful, spacious and updated. It's close to everything, yet quiet. Stay here, rent a car and explore all over the island. After exploring, you'll realize the best beach is right in front of you.

Location is everything and this has that, plus more. Place was clean, decor beautiful and Melissa was very responsive and easy to work with! This was our 14th trip to Aruba and by far the best place we have stayed. Beds and furniture comfortable, nice ocean view from balcony and noise is very minimal! And all on the best beach on the island! We will definitely stay here again!

Our family loved everything about this condo! Great location with the bus stop outside the gate, across the street from gorgeous Eagle Beach and in a quiet complex with gorgeous landscaping. The inside of the condo was spotless and extremely well equipped. There were beach chairs and floats, snorkel equipment, a well equipped kitchen complete with blender and comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning before walking the beach and then stunning sunsets at night. Perfection!

First, great communication by the owner as well as the property management, from The first day of contact. Rapid responses to any and all questions. Great check-in experience and orientation provided to the property. A great location, across a quiet street to Eagle beach. No surf or undertow, beautiful clear water. The ocean is like a swimming pool at Eagle beach. Property has several nice pools well equipped with chairs and shade. Great proximity to the overall island. Close to grocery store (2 minutes by car) and a short drive to numerous restaurants. Overall, perfect location for all our family activities. The unit was very comfortable as well. Worked great for our family of 4. 18 year old son and 13 year for of daughter each had their own bed in their shared bedroom. The mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for both the bathroom and for the beach. Appreciated the snorkel gear provided as well. And beach chairs. We didn’t really challenge the kitchen much as we ate breakfast in the unit but ate dinner out each night. It seemed to have all the tools and equipment needed to do dinner in the unit and cook any meal. The unit sits back from the ocean on the resort property, but the view from the balcony is still very nice with the ocean clearly in view. Probably 200 to 250 yards away from the ocean. Overall, a delightful unit with great management and exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend this unit for families or couples/friends seeking a central location near premium beach, and a quieter location than the big hotels.

Although getting to Aruba with all the Covid testing & the E/D card problems became very stressful, the 4 weeks we spent at Oceania Residence 213 were the most relaxing & enjoyable vacation we have ever had! The condo was clean, well-equipped, & comfortable. The beds were amazing! Most appreciated were the beach chairs, cooler, pool/snorkel equipment, & the washer & dryer! Once we got our bearings, we discovered great restaurants, beaches, casinos, & shops! We rented a car for the last 2 weeks & visited other beaches & tourist attractions. Melissa always responded promptly to any questions, & the property management company helped also with questions. We were very happy on “One Happy Island”!!

This condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything you needed from beach chairs to rafts, cooler and more. The beds were very comfortable. Nice new quilts on beds which had very comfortable mattresses. The location was perfect. Just steps to one of the pools and a few more steps to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area and all were very good. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and the management company that did our check in and out was very thorough. We had a great week and will return again to this condo.

This condo on Eagle Beach was the perfect location in Aruba. We explored other parts of the island and were very happy with our choice of accomodation. Being there during the off-season was a perk as we managed to get one of the permanent umbrella/huts every day on Eagle beach, which was steps from the property. There were four clean and relaxing pools in the complex that we enjoyed. Sunset views from the condo balcony were beautiful. There were several delicious restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay in this property again.

The condo is amazing! Well-equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. Love the little added touches like beach towels and chairs. It truly makes traveling from the US much easier when you don’t have to think of these things ahead of time. Everything is up-to-date and well maintained. The view is amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Melissa checked in just to ensure everything was okay. I truly appreciated her kindness and the thought that was put into making the condo so welcoming and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I hope to back again soon.

This is the best location in Aruba by far with a very short walk to Eagle Beach where you enjoy a very quiet and uncrowned praises. This unit is perfect with everything you need, comfortable beds, and a wonderful balcony to have breakfast on each morning. The owner is very responsive and helpful, even helping me when my flight got cancelled! Highly recommend renting a car so you can get groceries and explore the island as it’s very safe. Airport is just 15 min away and lots of places to eat close by. I just cannot say enough about this condo and this island. One tip: when you arrive at the airport or guard gate at the condo, have them call the local management company to let you into the condo for the checkin experience.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this vacation! The condo was so nice and in an fantastic location. It was so thoughtfully stocked with items for the beach, including chairs and a cooler. The owner was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would love to return.

Everything went as expected, just as shown in the listing. Condo was very clean when we arrived. We did have to reset wifi twice and cable once... a little annoying but not a huge deal.

Kathi was a great host and condo has everything you could possibly need. It was our first time ever in Aruba and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and not too busy. Pool and beach were easily accessible and not crowded. Very clean. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants in Aruba are all pretty great.

From planning to actual stay this was a flawless experience! Loved the location and the condo was exactly as stated! Look forward to coming back!

The sunset and moonlight views are so beautiful and the location by Eagle Beach and restaurants are terrific. We’d stay within the complex again! The unit is comfortable and pretty.

We loved the property and especially how easily the beach was accessed. We had a small plumbing issue and couldn't have asked for faster service for the repair. A great week.
