We loved the location. Wished we had more than just the one night stay en route to the Mon-Brec canal.

A king size bed would have been really nice, just like home.

The presentation of the apartment was very good. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed, although we only made coffee morning and night as we were at my daughters home. The bathroom was very good, nice shower. And the lounge was bright and sunny with good furniture, the bedroom very roomy and adequate. The location could not be better.

I was disappointed in the housekeeping. It's an easy place to clean with good quality hard-wearing and easy to clean carpets, but it was quite badly stained in places, and a stain on the settee was noticeable. The bathroom, tho good, was quite dark. A brighter light would make a huge difference. And the cheapest of cheap toilet seats was loose on one side. The plug hole and strainer in the kitchen were very stained and needed bleaching, as did the one in the bathroom sink. Corner paintwork in the lounge was quite chipped. Parking space was quite an issue, especially when all other spaces are full. Ours was not the biggest car, but I had quite a job getting in and out. You may think that we are being picky, but a life spent in the cleaning and service industry has taught us that it's the little things that really matter, and presentation is everything. Question 4...is relative, it was a very soft mattress, which some people would find very comfy, but we prefer a firmer bed, so only a....

Good location nr supermarkets and restaurants. Easy checkin, clean very spacious, well equipped kitchen.

Super size apartment and location - very close to shops and restaurants.. Really helpful to be on the ground floor with walk-in shower. Apartment well-equipped and clean. Furnished to a high standard. Host very approachable and responsive.

There isn't really a view but there are benches in a lovely green viewing point, overlooking the River Wye, just round the corner from the front door.

The location is really excellent, being between the river parks and walks and the centre of the lovely historic town and less than a couple hundred yards from each. The size was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. It has four separate rooms including a fair sized bathroom with a big shower. The two comfortable couches in the sitting room meant that we had no fights about who got lying out watching television! The kitchen was well equipped with more than you are likely to ever need.

We only stayed 6 nights. With so much walking opportunities in the area and historic interest, and a very friendly town with lots of facilities, you don't benefit from the usual feeling when leaving of ..now that's done.
