Perfect location with a sea view from the terrace. Quiet and comfortable. Lovely owners who were very helpful.

The hot water runs out quickly, but once you know it is easily manageable.

Clean and well-equipped. 4 minutes walk from bus stop, Spar supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Tenerife ferry. Several restaurants almost on the doorstep. Communal roof terrace was something of a bonus.

Check-in, requiring emailed copies of passports was online - we never met or had any meaningful contact with our host. Keys were supplied by a rather loud woman who ran the cluttered "everything" shop on the ground floor. The bedroom, with 2 beds, was cramped but it didn't spoil our stay - the rest of the apartment was fine.

Yazmina was so helpful and arranged for us to park our car nearby for a small daily fee. A very short walk to lots of restaurants all selling lovely fresh fish.

Could be a bit noisy early evening as the apartment was over a shop but was very quiet after 8pm

Creaking doors in the bedroom which was hard to close it.

It was very clean and nicely decorated. You could see that a lot time, thought and love had gone into the apartment. It was close to the sea, the beach, the ferry terminal, and the rock pools for swimming. It was secure and very central.

I did not like the location. Pueto de las Nieves is very nice for a number of reasons. But being on the High Street is bound to be noisy. My partner on the other hand liked being in the centre of things. She also liked the large windows which meant the two small rooms were flooded with light. There are three apartments, and they are all very different. We had the one with the double bed at the front of the building. There is another apartment on the same floor at the back of the building. There is also an apartment at the top of the building where the communal sun deck is. Each have advantages and disadvantages. +++++ It might seem like a small thing, but the woman in the shop below asked us both to sign a document in Spanish. I signed front and back, as a display of good will. My partner objected, and she said that she was not going to sign a document that she did not understand. This document was on top of any normal Booking.com terms and conditions. +++++ Our two rooms and shower room/toilet was fine for a short stay. But this is not an apartment with a washing machine/oven, etc. +++++

The location of the flat is super good. You have the beach and the restaurants at 1 minute away. Easy to access the hiking paths from there as well. The flat itself is very clean and comfortable.

Nice apartment in by port. Well kept. My apartment opened on to central Patio so no view but very quiet.

It would be good to have a kettle and toaster.

Got the keys from the shop below no problem. I stayed in apartment 2 & had a view of the ocean. The apartment was a good size, clean, a full kitchen, and the balcony entrance was next to my front door. Good location, 3 mins from bus stop, 1 min to the beach and restaurants. 10 mins to the natural pool.

Honestly, no complaints. The only annoying thing was I could hear the guest below throwing up every morning - the walls aren’t too thick.

very central. from apartment 2 we could see the sea which was nice. very light apartment. and good curtains in the bedroom which seems exceptional in the canary islands

it was as expected. the beds are not great. woke up the second night with back pain. thinks are not too new in the apartment but all is there and works. The boiler is small, for 1 person and you have to turn the switch in the kitchen which we did not know.

Excellent accommodation in the centre of beautiful Puerto de las Nieves. The apartment is extremely clean with everything you could need - including a kitchen if you want to self-cater. It is located right in the centre of the town/village, minutes from the sea, 2 minutes walk from the restaurants / shops / harbour / bus stop. 5 minutes walk to Agaete natural swimming pools (Agaete Piscina Natural), which are really something special. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
