The townhome is lovely. It is well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The area is safe, quiet and in a great location. The tennis courts, pools and basketball courts nearby were great. It is also an easy walk to the pier. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, David!

The house was in a very nice community and was centrally located. The house was perfect for my family of 6. The house was very clean and well stocked. The Host was very accommodating and the development was very family friendly. If we come back to St Simon I would look at this property

This beautiful condo was in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the Village. The tennis courts were on the right of the condo, a pool was located on the left and a lake was just steps outside the gorgeous back patio door! The interior had lovely comfortable furnishings with coastal theme. The kitchen was very well appointed and the updated baths were beautiful. Every aspect of this VRBO from check in to check out was exemplary.

Great place to stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. This is the second time staying here for the girls trip to SSI. Located within minutes of the Village and to the beach. We will be back on our next trip!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting. Apartment was clean and tidy and great communication with David the owner.
Beautiful surroundings by the lake and the children loved the visits from the ducks every morning.
Swimming pool was right next door and so quiet and the stay was just perfect on a beautiful island within walking distance to the beach and village for great restaurants and shops.
Will definitely visit again thank you.

This place is 5 star. Super close to tennis and pickleball. Loved the patio. Enough furniture for 6 to lounge around after a Long Beach day. 5 star place all around. Perfection!!

David’s place was perfect for our recent trip to St. Simons. The location is great and only a short walk, bike ride or car ride to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. Beach access is a short drive as well, being close to East Beach. The condo is roomy and has all the amenities you need for your stay as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and a canopy. My son used the fishing pole for beach and pier fishing (you will just need to bring tackle and/or purchase bait locally.) AND one of the properties pools is literally right outside the front door-perfect for cooling off and getting back inside for a drink and a snack. The host was kind and quick to reply if I had any questions and even sent me the tide schedule prior to our arrival. Can’t recommend this place enough!!! Will stay here again!!!

We had a great time here. We have been to St. Simon’s many times and this is one of our top places we have stayed. It was clean, comfortable and our host, David was very thoughtful with his communication. Will stay again and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful townhome. Everything we could ever need was there. The home is cozy and inviting and the beds are very comfortable. It is in a perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pools and relaxing in the house. Our special needs son loved fishing right outside our back patio. By the end of the week he finally caught a good sized fish. Thank you for opening up your home. We would love to come back!

David's condo is one of the best condo's I've stayed in. Had everything we needed and a lot of extras. Great location to the Village where all of our favorite food places are. David was easy to communicate with before and after. Check in was easy and the check out process was laid out great! Thank you for a wonderful condo and we look forward to staying there again soon.

Loved the condo and being located by the pond. It was very clean and accommodating. The property is beautiful. The grandkids loved the pool and playground. Hope to return soon.

Our time at this lovely town home could not have been nicer or more comfortable! It had all the comforts of home without the daily responsibilities!!
The home was lovely, the setting was peaceful , overlooking adorable ducks and their lake and the sun never stopped shining ( can’t be a guarantee but we’ll take it!!)
SSI is a beautiful area and the location of this home made everything accessible. It was such a joy to be able walk, bike, run, shop and dine out with such ease.
David has thought of everything and the townhome was incredibly well equipped.
We were able to relax, in style, for the first time, in a long time and really did not want to leave.

Unit was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The oven was a bit stubborn, and the beds were too soft for us- all minor hiccups. We would love to return- very attractive rental.

Had a great stay at this condo. Plenty of space for my family of 5. The place was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. Having coffee, creamer and sugar on hand was great for my early morning! My kids loved fishing in the pond just outside the condo, swinging on the swing, or playing tennis. The condo itself was in a great location-just a 10 minute walk to the pier, lighthouse, and downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We vacationed with our two boys, my sister, and brother-in-law. The property was very clean and had lots of amenities. We all had plenty of room/space. We enjoyed the pool, ping-pong table, play ground, and being able to walk into St. Simons and enjoy the many restaurants, shops, pier, and the lighthouse. There is much to do as St. Simons is rich in history. If you’re new to the island- the sightseeing tour is a must! We love this area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Convenient, clean,beautiful location
We absolutely loved our stay. So convenient to grocery store, beach, restaurants and the pier all within 5 to 10 minutes. Highly recommend Sals for italian, chili peppers for Mexican, Mallery street Cafe for breakfast and crab trap for good seafood. For a good treats Saint Simons Sweets right down the street. It was beautiful decorated and they had plenty of supplies, blankets, towels and even a packnplay. The owners throughout the trip checked in to see how we were doing. Every morning we got to see the ducks in the pond while having coffee. Gas station is right up the way for ice at Friendly's. Bring some cash for the beach to grab an italian ice from sunset slush. The pool is so close but you cant hear anything from the condo. Cute little touches throughout Ocean Walk. Like swings,ping pong tables, benches etc. You can also play tennis. We will be back for sure.

Good deal on St. Simons
This is a nice, comfortable townhome in St. Simons that is within walking distance of the pier. It is reasonably priced and I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Absolutely amazing
From the moment of arrival throughout the entire stay this place is first class all the way. We found it to be sparkling clean. The furniture, including beds, is all comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and appliances work perfectly. If you are considering this rental, just do it! You will love it!!

Spring Break Fun
Wonderful stay! We have stayed in other townhomes in Oceanwalk but this one was by far the best! The location was perfect! Beautiful View, Clean, Close to town
The house is cutely decorated, has comfortable furniture and is clean. We loved sitting on the back porch listening to the water fountain. The kids loved the swings around the property and learned to play pickle ball. We rented a golf cart and used it to go to the village. It was a lot easier to find parking than in the car.
The perfect way to spend the long weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

Girls trip
It was a beautiful condo… I’ve stayed numerous times in this complex… This is far and above one of the better condos I’ve stayed in… Owner was very helpful… The pools are nice, short walk to the beach.. we got a golf cart to take all of our stuff to the beach… Would definitely rent here again
