So happy we chose to stay in this amazing home. Had everything we needed and more. Super location, soft comfy beds, gorgeous furnishings and the sunset views were spectacular. Kim was super responsive and a joy to deal with. All in all, we were super happy to be staying in this beautiful home. Will definitely be back!!

All 6 of us ladies absolutely loved our stay in this fantastic property overlooking the beach and pier in Oceanside! Super clean, super comfortable, and super good location! We easily walked or drove wherever we needed to go. Secure parking in garage. Lots of great local eateries! When we had questions, Kim was immediately responsive We hope to make this an annual destination!

Our stay in Oceanside was great. Kim responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. The house was absolutely perfect. The kids played at the beach right in front of the house. Some of us took a surf lesson from Learn to Surf. We highly recommend it. We will stay again. Thanks Kim!!

We’ve been visiting the Oceanside area for years and this was our favorite spot. The views were incredible and the location to town and beach area was great!

Great Stay except jacuzzi wasn't functioning and we paid for its usage. Would like to be reimbursed for non functioning jacuzzi usage..

We had a family of 8 total (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) stay for a week at this house and it was absolutely amazing! So roomy and clean! Walking distance to so much stuff! Highly recommend this place!

This was perfect for our group of several families. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we could walk to the beach, the pier, and restaurants. The weather wasn’t amazing, but it was nice to see the ocean even on the rainy days.

We had a great time. We walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! It is difficult to find a house for 8, let alone one with 8 separate beds on the beach with fantastic views, a fabulous kitchen, plenty of sinks and bathrooms for all. I would definitely recommend this house for its location, access to the beach and freeways. The perfect getaway!

Booking through the app and communication with the property management was smooth. The property is a dream. Spacious, yet intimate enough for a family of eight adults and four kids (under five years). Located conveniently across from the beach and near plenty of boutiques, restaurants/bars, and stores. The train station is less than a five minute walk from the property, which made parking one of our cars there for the week easy and convenient. The property has a two-car garage. The property itself is clean, new, and stocked with everything we needed. They even provided beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler! We didn’t use everything, but it was there if we needed it. Each room has a TV, all equipped with the main streaming services (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc.). There are three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and soft beds. There’s a fourth room furnished as a bedroom. This room doesn’t have a bathroom, but it has the best balcony/deck, which made up for lack of bathroom 10x over! The deck provided a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean. We had the luxury of falling asleep and waking to waves crashing. The kitchen is small, but did the job. We were able to cook every meal while there. We DoorDashed everything from nearby Costco and Walmart. And stored food in the fridge. Again everything was supplied (plates, bowls, utensils, etc.). Truly an amazing experience and we can’t wait to do it again.

Beautiful property with tons of space and comfortable beds. The location is great with an incredible view. Communication with the property manager was poor. We had to text a few times with small concerns and we got absolutely no response.

We had the perfect labor weekend with family. The house is huge with lots of beds and nice furnishings. The location is perfect- 2 blocks to downtown Oceanside and 3 blocks to the beach. For little kids there is a playground and grassy lawn park directly in front of the house between the beach. Also I would definitely do the plunge pool - it doubles as a hot tub at night. Hoping to come back soon!

There’s a cooler and wagon and plenty of towels for days at the beach. The beds are comfy and it’s so nice having so many en suite bathrooms. The plunge pool is pretty tiny, but the little ones enjoyed it. I’d recommend bringing anything you need for cooking as there’s no pantry — just salt & pepper. But there’s several markets including a Walmart within 10 minutes, so it wasn’t a problem. I honestly can’t wait to stay here again. It’s pricey, but 100% worth it.

The beach is directly accross the street and the sound of the ocean lulled us into the best sleep we’ve had all year. What a great house for a large group. The house, location, and view were exceptional. The plunge pool was disappointing. Ditch that and add two more chairs to the deck!!! Will totally recommend this place. Loved Oceanside.

It was very clean and spacious. This was an easy check-in and check-out process. There are a lot of rules to the house, but they are all listed in the contract and not a surprise.

Our ladies reunion trip was greatly enhanced by the comfort we found at this Oceanside rental! 7 adults shared this space without ever feeling crowded. The views kept us spellbound while the proximity to both beach and restaurants was the icing on the cake. We were surprised & slightly put off by the list of rules, but this rental turned out to be worth the effort. We are already making plans to return next year!
