We were not given specific parking. Only one lift was working, which made waiting period for the lift to be too long.

I did not stay at this location. The host claimed that they would reverse my booking and l am yet to receive myvmoney back. The host decided to not grant us stay because the only one of the people l was travelling with had no identificatiion. Had made the booking on Wednesday and he had said the reversal would take two days to reflect back into my account. Its been 4days now and seems no reversal was made. The host is no longer responding to my enquiries about my reimbursment. Please help

Nothing Abosolutely nothing. The host inconvinieced me and my crew by cancelling us last minute. He claimed to have requested a reveesal from booking.com and my paymentcis yet to be reversed or to reflect into my account. Had to scrabble to find last minute accomodation due to this inconvinience. Please help with the reversal of the booking, as we did not get to stay in that particular booking

A lot ! We had booked this apartment in May yet when I had arrived our booking had not been processed. I called Stephane who seemed to be our “agent” (mind you there’s many agents who will repeatedly ask for your IDs) and he had not captured us on the system. We waited an hour until my Dad was called for biometrics. The rest of us were only called a day later after calling Stephane again to remind him. The Apartment was dirty, there were cockroaches and left over chops in the oven, disgusting! Cleaning services only changed our bedding and towels on the first day. The sink blocks , cupboards are breaking and the door creeks. Windows are cracked and unable to close properly. I will never recommend or stay here ever again. There is no conceirge or reception, just ADT guards. We had a small incident of wheel clamping for parking slightly over the line and we were charged R250 even though the board clearly stated R200. Peter is on the body corp and refused to come down and help us. He has excuses of always being in the shower no matter the time of day and drops calls. Stephane promised to repay us the R250 but has not until this day. We were glad to leave this god forsaken apartment block.

The views after a long day are quite soothing. The place is so secure and very safe, easy to manoeuvre.

The pool was beautiful and clean, beautiful view 👌🏿

Nothing much but the couch wasn’t too comfortable but either than that everything else was fine
