De wildwaterbaan is echt wild met een blessure als gevolg. Verder alles prima, eten ok, niets op aan te merken.

Het bed

Een fijne hotelkamer met de ingang in de Aqua Mundo. De ligging is dus fantastisch. Je kunt binnendoor naar het zwembad. De bedden zijn al opgemaakt (liggen wel iets harder dan ik thuis gewend ben) en je mag om 12.00 uur uitchecken.

Het wandje in de gang is dun en dus is het daar erg gehorig. Je kunt de gesprekken (op normaal geluidsniveau) letterlijk verstaan. Helaas had een van de buren zijn bandje niet mee en besloot keihard op de deur te bonken. Maar dat is gewoon pech hebben met de mensen naast je. Het ontbijtbuffet was slecht. Etenswaar compleet uitgedroogd.

Schöne saubere große Zimmer, Einrichtung neuwertig. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Großes wetterunabhängiges Freizeitangebot mit Schwimmbad, Dschungelwelt, Streichelzoo etc. Für Kinder ist an alles gedacht, es gibt sogar ein Spielgerüst mit Rutsche im Frühstücksraum, damit die Eltern in Ruhe frühstücken können. Es gibt hier sogar eine Mikrowelle, wo man Babynahrung erwärmen kann. Sehr viele Ladesäulen zum Aufladen des E-Autos.

Mir persönlich war das Wasser im Aqua Mundo zu kalt, ich habe selbst im Whirlpool gefroren.

I made 6 nights reservations under my name and because I divide it to 3 orders by booking.com They asked me to move 2 times to 3 different rooms

The location, the restaurants, the water pool

I reserved room hotel in the resort for 6 nights. Of my discretion I decided to start the order for 2 nights, 1 night and 3 nights and I was sure that their Reservation office will see that the 6 nights had been reserved under the same name and address. I was disappointed that they asked me to change 3 times my rooms.

All restaurants are below normal standard. Food is not good. Breakfast is limited snd has not verities.

No staff checks the place during the day There were dirty things on the corridor floor when we arrived, still there the day after. Also nobody there to give information

On check in we was told breakfast was included however this was not the case and we had no way of getting a breakfast before we had to leave for an excursion. The coffee machine in the room did not work, there was a kettle but no instant coffee. We were on a different floor to the other room in on our booking we had requested to be near.

The ability to use the site facilities on the days of arrival/departure before/after checkin/checkout was great. We got there an hour before our room was ready and immediately went for a swim. The swimming pool was amazing, good slides and an interesting section with fish tanks visible when you dived down. The room was large and comfortable.

The signposting of the hotel on site wasn't great. Finding our room the first time was a bit of a treasure hunt, wandering round lost, rarely spotting signs to the hotel. Later I noticed one sign indoors in the Market area that didn't say hotel, but 'appartments'. Also, we arrived on foot, and there wasn't a pavement on the road into site - it wasn't so busy when we arrived, but this could easily be improved.

Location was perfect as we were travelling with a large group most of whom were stay in the cottages onsite. Staff friendly. Reception stored our luggage as we were leaving later in the evening. Rooms were fabulous.

We had paid for breakfast and we weren't told that breakfast was 8am and we had to leave at 8am on the first morning there. On Easter Sunday there was no breakfast because they were doing an Easter brunch, which was lovely too. Finally we got breakfast on our last morning and it was lovely

We had a great stay and could use all facilities of the swimming pool and indoor Jungle. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the room was spacious and well equipped.

Unfortunatly a guest before us did smoke which made the room smell really really bad. At first I did not notice, but waking up the next morning the room really smelled like smoke.

Everything was fine. Good location. Nice rooms.

Nice room with comfortable big bed. room is equipped with fridge, locker for valuables, has kettle and coffee machine.

room has a coffee machine, but would be nice if at least 2 capsules would be included. since it wasn’t, I needed to buy the whole pack in the store which doesn’t make much sense as I do not use Dolce Gusto at home. room was a bit dusty.

Well, that's a good question! I didn't book breakfast initially and, after being batted back and forward betwen Booking.com and the hotel I just gave up and bought food rom to on-site shop.

There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. OK, so I bought some in the shop, but there were no teaspoons to stir it with...

Great breakfast and very friendly staff

Clean room, loved that we could use all the facilities of Center Parcs even before check in and after check out!
