Great place. Second time using it for a work trip now. Clean comfortable and good location.

The hosts were lovely, the whole time I was there it never felt like anyone else was there, it was uber silent and peaceful. Being from London, I felt I had the best nights sleep and as I had the en-suite I didn't leave my room unless I needed. The facilities were great, empty fridge to put your things in, local amenities if you needed (but its driving distance of 5 mins). I found the host were very respectful of the space and privacy and if I had any questions they would answer it immediately. If I was coming back to Telford I would definitely book again.

Room didn't have a tv. All tea making facilities was in the homes kitchen none in the single room. I asked to see if a tv could be sorted like previous guests and didn't get one. For £188 for 4 nights is not worth it considering I am now in different digs £2 dearer at £190 I have a big spacious room loovely furniture comfy bed tea coffee making facilities and ensuite. I had no offer from them to make a sandwich as I am out before breakfast whereas current digs are making me a pack up. If you can't get any of other 2 rooms I would look elsewhere. Oh and bring slippers as you have to take ya shoes or work boots off at the door

Convenient location, clean bedroom, showers were good. Pleasant host who responded quickly. En-suite room doesn't have a TV but host very kindly let us change rooms for a few nights which was helpful.

Sadly, the oven trays were filthy with smelly food debris, and we felt we needed to wash other kitchen items before use. Kitchen crockery was very basic - only enough for two people even though there could potentially be 6 people staying at once. No pan lids, no frying pan, the only two pans were medium sized and had 'burnt' marks inside. Bowl chipped. Limited cutlery/utensils but adequate for our stay. Fridge for guests is in the way of eating area but we managed. We were only given one bath towel between two of us, there was no hand towel in the shared bathroom so had to keep remembering our single towel each time. En-suite room does not have a TV so check this before booking. Back bedroom with TV has a smaller double bed, not standard 4ft6 size. There are two car parking spaces with the property so if the house is full, this causes tension with a neighbour who yelled out of the window at us to move our car - which we did - but he didn't even have a car, the space remained empty for our entire stay (4 days) !! There are two dogs close by, who are clearly left outside (in separate gardens) as we could hear them barking both in the morning and early evening.
