This was a great trip and a great house! The beds were nice and our group of 18 was very comfortable. We loved the location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and right next to the farmers market. We were sad the pool wasn’t available but the owner was very great about letting us know in advance and offered a refund for the value of the pool. Would definitely come back in the future!

Stayed here as a work retreat for the weekend. Great location on Brigantine and one of the most well equipped homes I've stayed in. We had some issues with the pool not being ready but Breanna was very communicative and made attempts to rectify the situation.

Prpperty was exactly as advertised. IT was perfect for our family. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor which ensures quite when the kids are up and playing downstairs. It's a nice quite neighborhood a short drive from whatever you might need. Beach is close and you can either walk or drive. There is plenty of street parking. We had a great time and the owner was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend it.

House was spacious, more bathrooms would be helpful. We enjoyed the property and especially the pool. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was in good condition and clean. A great place for a gathering of 3 generations.

We cannot express how much we all enjoyed our stay. Brianna's house held all 18 of us perfectly. Even with the 18 people, we had plenty of room. Having two living rooms was such a plus and the walk to the beach gave us our morning exercise (not even 10 minutes lol). The place was clean and had everything you could think of, from highchairs to beach chairs to cribs. The pool was great for all the grandkids and helped keep them busy a good amount of the time. The vacation was perfect. Thank you again and looking forward to our stay next year.

We (the family) were on a mission to celebrate my/our father's life; born and raised on the beaches of Margate NJ, and Brigantine...so many changes to the scenery but all positive...beautiful house and all the businesses were accommodating...very relaxing for all...thank you so much!

Pictures don’t do the place justice. Beautiful inside and out. Every amenity you could ask for. We were 19 adults and children and never felt crowded. Separate spaces for children and adults to hang out, bonus. Worth every penny.

Large family gathering of 4 generations to celebrate our sons wedding. Breana was so accommodating in providing early access to the property. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy this special weekend. Well stocked and labeled kitchen. This house was perfect for our family.

My friends and I had a golf trip and played the Brigantine Golf Links which was conveniently located less than a mile from the property. We had a large group, and the layout of the house was great for being able to have everyone hanging out together on the first floor, cooking, eating, watching playoff baseball games. I also liked the layout of the second and third floors and how there was enough room for everyone to comfortably sleep and shower. The pool was not in condition for swimming, but that's OK because although we had some warm weather, it was not overall swimming weather. The owner/property manager did a great job of communicating and even allowed us to check in early which was great because our golf games were over by 1 and we didn't have to find a place to kill time spending extra money. The house was very clean and orderly upon arrival, and they left notes for what was expected upon coming/going. I would recommend this house for large gatherings of friends and family.

My family and I had a amazing time during our stay over Labor Day Weekend. Breana is an amazing host and responds immediately to any questions that arose. We grilled all weekend, enjoyed the pool and also had a beach day which is about 10-15 mins away. We chose to drive to the beach instead of walking and it was so easy to find parking. The house has everything you need and 7 bedrooms which all are spacious. Highly recommend for large family gatherings :)

We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool was great to have and the nearby school playground was an unexpected bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage had plenty of beach chairs and toys. We do have some suggestions. Some of the chairs on the back patio need to be repaired or replaced. The two bedrooms on the third floor to the left of the stairs need window coverings that would keep out the sun in the early morning. Overall, our family of 19 (from 21 months to 71 years) had a great time.

Everything we needed and more!
Our group had an amazing week staying at this property. There was plenty of room for all of us, our cars, our food, our beach gear and more! Lots of amenities supplied- two laundry machines, fully stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach- sidewalks the whole way. Breana responded promptly anytime I had a question, both before our arrival and during the week. Highly recommend for a large group!

Wonderful Family Memories Made!
Wonderful home in a perfect location to walk and enjoy the sun. Sidewalks surround for blocks and blocks to explore. We stayed for 10 days with a family of 14 ranging from 3 years old to 72! We relaxed by the pool, lit the grill, walked to the beach, cooked in the beautiful kitchen, watched movies together and enjoyed the board games that we brought as well as many that the house had for our use. This host is stellar! Responded to me very quickly with any questions that I had through the booking process, the months that followed before the trip and with any questions we had when we were there. This was my first time using Vrbo for such a big trip and I was so pleasantly surprised. This house and host were a great find! Thanks again Briana, we made memories that we will cherish.

Great stay (our second!) at this house
Great house for kids and adults alike. Very well stocked home with games and toys, everything you need for the pool and beach. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Very nice and spacious!

Seriously Spacious
We had an incredible time during our stay. We were a larger group, 20 adults, and I was a little concerned about sleeping arrangements and room to relax. This place had it all and then some. I would definitely recommend for any larger groups.

CLEAN, FULLY STOCKED, SPACIOUS HOME
There was more than enough room for our Family of 17 for our Thanksgiving Gathering! The pictures posted don't do the home justice. Beautifully decorated both classy and beach theme! The home is very clean...minus a few stains on the white carpet, but you could tell it was cleaned! The large bathrooms on each floor and the in the all the bedrooms was very convenient, plus clean fresh towels & linen for everyone was a plus! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! We were never able to get the surround sound to work for the TV in the family room, but the Fireplace was a lovely bonus! The beach, grocery store, and restaurants were all a quick drive away! Breana was a great host, responses to questions were quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A Place That Has EVERYTHING!
This is the PERFECT house for all generations. Breanna is one of the BEST hosts EVER!!! The place is FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING! The house is EXTREMELY clean with well-appointed furniture. It has a nice size in-ground pool with a garage that houses all BBQ equipment & pool items. Plus, beach chairs. You are close to the casinos & beach. I will DEFINITELY be back!!! I didn't want to leave!
