The location of this house is excellent. Right in the heart of everything! Owner was extremely responsive, house was exactly as advertised. Overall absolutely pleased with everything and would stay with Bryan again.

I stayed here with my husband and three kids (teens/young adults), there was enough room that we were able to have our pwn spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and the porch is large and lovely. The AC works great and the property is in good condition. The owner is super quick to respond. Can’t wait to return!

The family really enjoyed our vacation at this house. It was a great location, less than ten min walk to the beach and all the attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few mins walk. We loved the fact we could bring our dog on vacation with us.

Property was nice. We brought our own linens and bath and beach towels. Thought there would be dish towels or at least a drying mat in the kitchen. First frying pan I pulled out had been put away dirty. I washed it and was able to use it. Not sure how you can prevent that unless you have your cleaners check. Looked like the shower curtains and liners were new which was nice. Very clean. The other properties where we stay supply linens and toiletries which is a very nice convenience when traveling from out of state. The business on the corner Avalon Flooring had the driveway blocked on several occasions during the day. That was annoying. Not the property owners fault. Neighbor very friendly. Bryan the Owner gave very helpful instructions for elevator use and door codes. We enjoyed our stay.

Bryan was great to deal with. He answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The location was great for Spring Block Party weekend. The elevator was a nice bonus. We will be back.

We had some work related tasks to take care of and took the opportunity to enjoy some family time as well. Great location, place was as described. Elevator was a blessing! Follow instructions on how to use it and it was great.

Location was great for us, a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk - fireplace was perfect for chilly day. Great communication with owner. There were 3 of us and it was just the right size - the only thing I might suggest to owner is to put some extra blankets in the closets, beds have only a light bedspread and it was a bit chilly! Otherwise, perfect - thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Enjoyed the property for our 2nd season, will book again next season. The front balcony is very large and so fun to sit out there. The elevator was such a plus for the handicap.

We have been to OC before and the first time not going through a realtor. The check in and check out were much easier. We loved that the property came with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and beach tags. We also loved that we could bring our dog. Owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will stay here again!

This is our 3rd stay here. The apartment is perfect for my family with an elevator for a disabled family member and a perfect central location. We were allowed to bring our dog too which was so nice.

The property is in a nice location, about an 8 minute walk to the boardwalk. Has a cart, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella to use. The beds were comfortable, there’s a protector on them also. They had children’s books there, which made bedtime easy! Honestly having a washer and dryer, saved me the hassle coming home with dirty laundry. The porch was beautiful, you can see the sunset for awhile from the view.

We love all things Ocean City, and this condo was perfectly located near town, boards and beach. It was the perfect size for our family. Property was clean and owner was very responsive.Will definitely stay again!!

The location and accommodation were just right! Loved that everything is in walking distance. 3 beds and 2 baths and a kitchen that had everything we needed. King mattress could use a upgrade but so cute, clean and well appointed. Thanks! Family wants to come back every year! Win!

Overall this was a decent property. I love the open floor plan. It was a huge plus for traveling with young children. You can walk to the beach, it is several blocks away, but it’s a great spot on the boardwalk where you enter. The off-street parking is great. You can tell the property is a rental and a little beat up over time. I wish sheets and towels were provided with the rental. Having to bring your own or rent them was a huge inconvenience when you already have so much to bring on vacation.

Booking was a breeze and Bryan was great to work with. Condo was as advertised - clean and well-supplied in both the kitchen and laundry room. We didn’t use the elevator but it’s nice that it’s there for folks who find stairs difficult. We enjoyed sitting out on the large front deck. This is a great location walkable to the boardwalk/ocean and right around the corner from Asbury Ave. with its many shops and restaurants. Very nice and relaxing stay!!

Bryan was wonderful to work with and very accommodating allowing us flexibility to stay a night earlier. The place was spacious and comfortable, an easy walk to the beach and all shopping. It was wonderful to bring our dog who very much enjoyed the large balcony.

Perfectly located and plenty of room for everyone. My daughter is in a wheelchair and having an elevator makes everything much easier. Can easily walk to boardwalk and Asbury. Will definitely rent again.

What a Vacation
Loved the property! The condo was just the right size for us, the beds were so comfy. Oh! the front private porch was wonderful. Sat out there for coffee and a way to end the evening. Next street over were lots of very nice shops. Walk to the beach was also good. Bryan was very quick with inquires we had. But the biggest plus was the elevator for my husband and sister. My dog even had a good time!!

Central to Everything!
We loved this property because it was a short walk to the shops on Asbury Ave., various restaurants, and Wawa (our favorite). The owner, Bryan, was extremely responsive and we didn't run into any issues during our stay. Looking forward to staying at this location next Summer.
