Lovely, small apartment in the historic old town. Well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchenette. Nice bathroom with shower on second level together with the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Easy checking and checkout. We were fortunate to park directly in front on the apartment. Easy walk to the town center.

Not a problem for us, but the steep and narrow steps to the bedroom could be a challenge for some.

We had a very comfortable stay. Everything was high quality and spotlessly clean. Being able to park right outside the door was also a huge plus. Highly recommended!

The ladder to get up to the bedroom and bathroom. Window in bedroom did not open . Nowhere to hang clothes and boiler in the bedroom. And it was in a very run down part of town. Quite a long uphill walk to shops restaurants and bars.

The clever layout of the apartment. The interior design and generally the tidiness of the place. Well worth the money considering you're right in the old town. Would definitely stay again.

A cozey little place. It had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a lovely spot and Sancerre is such a fabulous town we just didn't want to leave. Great restaurant recommended by hosts and lots of lovely bars and cafes for Petit Dejeuner.

The stairs were a bit scary but only because I had a hamstring injury which occurred after I had booked. Still managed though and it was worth it

The location and parking. Short walk to the centre of the old hill town, close to restaurants and bars.

the property is a beautiful mix of old and new. it has been restored really well and is a cosy place to base yourself for a visit to Sancerre. it’s just a couple of minute’s walk from the centre of the town and all of its restaurants, shops and places to try delicious wine. Parking was so easy; right outside the door and the hosts are incredibly attentive and excellent to communicate with.

all everything we needed for our stay, facilities, location. Small but perfect for 2.

the bed room could benefit from ceiling fan. the room was a bit stuffy even with all windows open.

This small home is simple perfect. It's an easy walk in one direction to the center of Sancerre and an easy walk in the other to one of Sancerre's panaramic views. It's a beautiful home with warm and welcoming hosts that went above and beyond in keeping my bike gear for an eve while I did a side trip to the city of Bourges and then came back for a second night. If you are interested in staying here, book it. It's absolutely wonderful. It felt like 'home' in Sancerre.

I liked this home and Sancerre so much, I came back! So I will keep this second review short by saying, it's a perfect place to stay in Sancerre and I would absolutely stay again!
