Perfect location. I was happy about how clean and spacious the room was and I defiantly enjoyed the view of the harbour. It felt like i was on holiday in a luxury suit.

There was nothing I didnt like about the place.

Clean and spacious rooms, fresh linen, friendly and patient staff.The place is well mantained and exquisite.One thing that stood out was being connected to the wifi for the whole duration of my stay.The sea view was just amazing.Beautiful and quiet place to be.

Brooms and mops must be available in each room in case someone spills on the floor.

Overall bad service, myself not being from P.E and the Uber dropping me off 4 houses away because of the property not having a number on the wall. I call the number provided. and the lady that answered, spoke to me as if I was a complete idiot either that or she was racially discriminative. I did not once see or speak to anyone on the property once during my 4 days. the bins inside overflowing with no external bins to empty the one provided. the room had a door that was locked im assuming to a joining room if they needed more rooms for a bigger family. but whoever was in there had a fairly large dog that was either being starved or she was in heat. because this dog would be moaning from as early as 4am. if not that the dog would be running on the laminate floors and bumping into walls or doors most of the day. this all besides the fact that it was not the advertised property at all. a completely different property to the one advertised. defiantly misleading and false advertising.

We were told that towels would be changed on the 2nd day but that never happened.the TV screening was only Netflix and You tube that stopped working on the 3rd day

There are a number of issues with the Accomodation: - cockroaches in the kitchen - ⁠fridge does not get cold - ⁠no shower door in the second bathroom, had a nightmare bathing as water was all over the place. - ⁠tap in second bathroom basin is loose - ⁠cracked glass on lounge side of sliding door - ⁠plugs don’t work against the wall in the dining room - ⁠lounge and cushions are smelling terribly - ⁠rug in lounge is dirty An extremely dissatisfied and disappointing stay Kind regards Naseem

The guy checking me in indicated to be 5 mins away. 50mins later he hadn't arrived. It was such an inconvenience. I could have done something fruitful with my time had he been honest. It also seem like many people are managing the WhatsApp like and that led to a lot of broken communication

It was situated in a great location close to everything

They was mix up with the rooms initially but was sorted out

We booked 3 cottages at this place for 11 adults and 4 kids and it was displayed as all units were on the same property, only to be called on the day of the stay whilst we were on route from Jhb to PE that all 3 units are scattered away and not at the same place. I told them it's for a joint family and we cannot travel to different locations and if they could not give us accommodation at the same property as advertised on Booking.com then we would like full refund. We did not stay there and they did not give us any refunds after alot of requests were made. It was total false advertising and very unethical and misleading from the property owners.

O dono possui apartamentos em 3 localizações diferentes. Reservamos pensando que ficaríamos na localização do booking porém recebemos por WhatsApp outra localização do apartamento que realmente ficaríamos. O que ele nos alocou era ainda melhor, mas apenas uma observação para não haver erro no check-in da localização errada.

Not being able to use the pool, its just there for a perfect view, no proper braaing area we had yo fry our meat. Tv not on the lounge only at bedroom

The host was able to accommodate us last minute due to the floods closing off the roads to Cape Town.. but due to the comfortability, coziness and privacy of the accommodation we didn't want to leave😂. He was so understanding and was ready and willing extend our stay. The location is great, close to the beach and most rrestaurants.We will definitely be booking again.

Please spend your money elsewhere. Massive party on the premises, owner did little to nothing to stop it. Their last guest left at 5:15am so none of us slept. Old half drunk alcohol in our fridge, dirty linen, non existent wifi and to top it off a completely undesirable location, rather unsafe so much so that there were two security companies attending to an attempted break in around the corner. We originally booked into a different set of apartments however we were moved to another set of make shift apartments with dry walling between the rooms "for our convenience" Anyway, don't settle. If you appreciate a good night's sleep and value how hard one works for their money, book elsewhere.

No lace curtains so we couldn't open the curtains for some natural light. The doors to the bathroom is very tight and not user friendly as you get slammed by them every time you want to use the bathroom.

The host upgraded us without even charging us to a bigger unit. Place was exactly how it appeared on the pictures. Great host friendly and communicates all the way.
