Pros: It was easy to check-in, easy to navigate to, able to get into the place easily. Front desk was very nice. Easy to communicate with the company and use their app. Cons: 1. The sheets were incredibly uncomfortable (they felt like the plastic type sheets you see in hospital rooms), and it was really difficult to sleep in, to the point where we had to use the extra mattress covers as blankets. 2. There were ants in the bathroom and on the counter (despite not having any food out). 3. The wifi was very spotty (sometimes wouldn't connect on certain devices or at certain times of day/night). If we actually were dependent on the WIFI and were spending more time at the location, it would likely be more of an issue. 4. Finally, the host provided one travel size shampoo tube for 2 people for a 4 night stay. I asked for an extra shampoo tube, but the host was unwilling to provide any. Honestly, I feel this is standard practice at any hotel or any vacation company that's catering to customer experience. Since this is their standard practice, I provide this information on my public review, so future guests should be made aware of it.

Look further than this accommodation. I stayed two weeks and had a chance to view several other choices at Palm Beach Hotel that were so much better than this room. This choice is very tired, worn and outdated. Carpet dirty upon arrival and stained, appliances missing parts or not working, bed very uncomfortable, AC blows full force at head level across the bed which is a big problem, bathroom very outdated, cheaply done and needs repair, screws and bolts dropping out of the furniture, table wobbly and seats not attached to dining chairs, drawers in cheap dresser don’t open well and drag, NO amenities - not even toilet paper- bring your own or buy, owner did not provide any info on this accommodation including no Wi-Fi log-in and I used unsecured hotel Wi-Fi for a week before told to ask for owner log in, No parking placard provided and zero help from Vacasa to find a parking solution, refrigerator has only two adjustments - freeze food or spoil food - nothing in between, blind doesn’t go all the way down and had to hang a hand towel on blind for privacy. I would not recommend this sub standard accommodation. Keep looking.

Clean, quiet, & comfortable, conveniently located close to grocery store (across the street) & short walk to a quiet beach, had everything you would need for a easy & peaceful beach trip (including towels, chairs, cooler)

Great spot if you are planning a quick few nights in PB and are spending most of your time visiting with friends or eating out. It's a quick walk to Royal Poinciana. The Publix is across the street. Wonderful French bakeshop downstairs with fabulous coffee and croissants. The beach and Lake Trail are very easy walks. There is no where to park your car - so plan to Uber or park at a friend's house.

The room itself was nicely updated and clean. The first impressions of the hotel could be more appealing to guest along with the musty smell. Pool was great!!

They referred to me as “mama” instead of my name, and told me I should have stayed at a 5 star hotel if I wanted basic amenities such as parking. -There is no parking available, even for a fee. You will be required to move your car once per hour the entire duration of your trip. -The entire unit smelled of sewage every time I used the bathroom sink or flushed the toilet. -The elevator was broken, and a woman became stuck inside while using it. -The facilities are severely outdated. The hallway outside of our unit smelled bad, and the paint/carpet looked dirty.

I really enjoyed this cozy little spot. Close to downtown Palm Beach, perfect for a good night sleep. Great location
