We booked two appartments which resulted to be as shown in the photos of the website, very nice.

We had problems with the heating system. On the days we stayed there, the temperatures were low and we had to warm up the apartment. The first night the heating was not on, the second night it did not work and nothing could be done about it. We assumed that testing the heating before the tourists come is essential in Germany in october days. It was cold in the apartment and the lack of flexibility to find an alternative to warm up thr appartment was disappointing.

The location is great, within walking distance of the lake, restaurant and a fantastic Strandbad. The apartment was bigger than I expected and was very clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host.

WIFI speed was slow and dropped a lot; a microwave and laundry facilities would be nice when travelling with children.

Flat was nicely decorated, kitchen was great. Garden was well maintained. Great that dog was allowed Quickly responded to emails

There was no washing machine. Also be nice to know the coffee machine details in advance As we didn’t bring coffee pods. Sofa only sat 2 people…flat is for 4 people
