We loved this house! It was a great location with lots of bike paths and walking distance to the beach. It was very well stocked with games and anything you would need. They also have an unattached garage with lots of extra things to use! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our quick visit to this place. It was a very comfortable space with comfortable beds and great shower pressure. The walk to the beach no matter which way you slice. It is always an adventure. Whether you drive down to the parking lot at the pelican and walk down the ramps or you take a quick walk through the little neighborhood up the ramps to the top of the dune. We found it quite enjoyable to walk down from there.

Two families stayed here for a weekend with friends. The house was great. Easy access to everything in PC and well put together house.

We enjoyed staying here. It is quite a trek to get to the beach. Some winding ramps and then you come out on top of a huge dune. Pretty typical for Pacific City, just be prepared for that hike! Tons of games, puzzles and room to spread out. A few areas to hang out as a family. Rooms were good size, kitchen well stocked, everything was comfortable and nice.

Everything was terrific. Perfect distance from all the attractions. The host was excellent, texted upon arrival and in middle of stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Great location and the layout of the first floor made it nice for having meals prepared and enjoyed
Very nice, Property does need some care with trimming the grasses and tree limbs down to open up walkways and back sitting area. Tripped on some of the grasses as they were long and needed attention. Nice property overall

Pacific City charmer
Thank good ness this house was so comfy and larger than we thought, since we had to stay in due to terrible weather. I love how you can walk straight to the beach from this neighborhood and to the Pelican pub

Great place to stay that was exactly as advertised - easy to get to the beach, restaurants & market.
Really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the cleanliness of the property and how we’ll it was stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the games and movies.

Beautiful house and location
We had Thanksgiving dinner with our family. Check in was clear and easy. The house was generously appointed, comfy and was a quick walk to restaurants, grocery and most important....the beach! We loved the cozy fire and board games on one stormy day. We look forward to our next beach family gathering here. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We had a terrific labor day weekend at this property. Professionally managed by Meredith Lodging, this rental was spotless, easy to access and the communication was terrific with the property manager. The layout was idea for our 2 families with 2 couples and 4 kids. The bunk room sleeps 3 comfortably in a bunk bed with a pullout trundle and the upstairs nook has a very comfortable pullout couch. Great location, close to the beach and the Pelican. We parked and never needed to get back into our car. Great stay, would definitely rent again.
