Jammer dat het mooiste deel van het restaurant alleen bij ontbijt in gebruik is

Cannot get a better location. The metro is basically on the doorstep and 1 line to the airport. All the sights are a short walk away. Great cocktails at the restaurant underneath the hotel on the river.

We were recommended restaurants that really aren’t our taste (fine dining white table cloths). The bar staff had better ideas where to go.

The hotel is lovely! Our bedroom was a large king size corner room with a fabulous view of the city. The hotel’s location is superb.

A minha estadia foi excelente! O hotel é bem localizado, a poucos metros de uma estação de metrô e relativamente próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Quarto bastante confortável, com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido disponíveis. Eles oferecem uma garrafa de água e cápsulas de café todos os dias como cortesia. O café da manhã é excelente e ponto alto é que tem uma pessoa disponível para preparar omeletes na hora, a unica desvantagem é que o mesmo todos os dias.

Very comfortable bed and heavenly comfortable pillows, good room size, nice bathroom, good shower, nice view, lovely staff and great location.

Great location, very easy to get to from the airport and lots of cafes nearby.

I liked the room, facilities and the view we got. It was warm and pleasant which was a very nice surprise. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very closed to the Metro and other tourist routes. easy to get to different places in Copenhagen. The breakfast selection was very good.

I was disappointed by the hotel restaurant where not only that the prices were quite high but the food selection was poor. Also this may be a taste matter but I don't think the food was great either.

My daughter got married and it was fairly close to everything!

Magnifique Hôtel; très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Station de Métro à proximité. Tout le Personnel de l'hôtel est disponible, accueillant et très à l'écoute. Aucun soucis pour notre demande de changement de chambre et Christofer a été extraordinaire. Il nous a fais bénéficier d'un sur-classement dans une chambre de grande qualité face au canal. Chambre bien insonorisée et literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est Top et très varié. Bref un séjour de rêve. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Everything was super good , they sent me a small sweet gift for my BD😍 it was so king of them! And I loved the postcard as well 🩶🫶 thanks so much. It was super clean room, amazing style, so comfortable and there was enough space for all our staff 😂👍 it’s so amazing!

Beliggenhed, parkeringsservice, god service med ind- og udcheck, meget komfortable værelser, udsøgt morgenmad. Fornuftig pris for høj kvalitet.

Kan man ikke alltid ønske sig en privat, udendørs jacuzzi ??

Amazing stay and highly reccomended. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. The soaps, shampoos and other bathroom products were incredible and to a quality we had not experienced at any other hotels. The staff were professional and very accomodating. It was also very centrally located, making it easy to get to most places, whilst there was a metro station nearby to help go further afield. However, the standout was definitely the breakfast spread. It had an incredible wide range of offerings to indulge in and all cooked to the highest of standards. Really fuelled us for the day

Great location, great staff, good facilities

WiFi wasn’t great unfortunately and not much TV channel choice. Nothing other than the usual TV news channels

Location is perfect and so are the staff, the cleanliness, the food, the room service are all fascinating. Make sure you book the corner rooms with river/city views and enjoy the fantastic views of the city. Having the metro station nearby also makes it amazingly easy to wander around.

Maybe stating the fantastic terrace bar of the hotel is not available for the new years eve fireworks would be a good guidance. They have that kind of option to offer the best view there can possibly be and they don't offer that - such a shame. Our room is also a little bit colder than our mum's room, we wondered why.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.

The downside was the location. It was a bit far from the centre. But still tolerable. The room was equipped for the handicapped people which was a bit difficult to use the toilet in a normal way. When checking in to the room, they should have informed us about the handicapped equipment. This was annoying.

Todo!! El hotel espectacular, el desayuno, la ubicación y muy especialmente la atención de clara Tomás, una genia, tuvimos un problema con la aerolínea y el equipaje y ella fue quien lo resolvió! Estamos Muy agradecidos!!
