Incredible Hotel, one of the best I have ever been. Restaurants in the hotel are simply amazing and provide topclass food, there was simply no reason to visit other restaurants around. The view is magnificent and pools are clean. The hotel was so good that over our stay at Reunion we returned back after couple of days. And the staff at hotel are simply the best - friendly and helpful. Worth 100%.

great facilities and comfortable room

The food wasn’t great and the service was slow at times. It’s more of a 4 star I would say- not up to the overall standard of a 5 star.

Very expensive for what they offer. This is not a 5 star hotel.It is an old hotel - the furniture is old - our room had a small terrace with a wall view. We wanted to change the room, but was they offer was the same - breakfast. Lot's of food, but not quality. The food presentation is not nice - food. We only had lunch at the beach restaurant. Not excellent - we wanted to go to the pool, but was full. Very crowded

Fantastic hotel in a very beautiful location. Friendly staff, good restaurants and bar, we felt at home and enjoyed every minute. Very helpful concierge team.

some thing were old / broken. For example, the seams of some of the matrasses of the daybeds near the pool were ripped open. also, food was quite expensive while in taste it did not meet that level of the pricing.

Incredible beautiful hotel with swimming pools, palm trees, and ocean view + sunset. Staff was excellent and friendly, especially the cook at the breakfast. Breakfast itself was also very delicious with a great variety. Atmosphere was just right and not too formal, rather relaxed but still chic.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful lush green garden, and the pool area including view on the sea is breathtaking. The entire staff of the hotel are very friendly and accommodating (reception, concierges, waiters, housekeeping, security). We have had some nice dinners with exquisite dishes, including a fabulous seafood buffet.

We had a double deluxe room which compared to rooms of 5 star hotels & resorts in Mauritius and other places felt a bit small, dark and underwhelming. Drinks and meals are quite pricey.

The kindness of the staff, the food, the cocktails, the environnent... The room is huge and have a nice balcony where you can just seat and relax. The food choices at breakfast is plentyful, and the food is delicious. It was amazing and very relaxing. Definitely the best hotel of this level in term of service excellence at the Reunion Island.

the food in the restaurant is so so expensive and the quantity was so little …I felt line in 5 michelin star restaurant with a plate of 100 g of meat …

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and forthcoming. Even if some minor issues appeared, they were able to solve them quickly and to our full satisfaction. Beautiful place, setting and comfortable rooms. We had an amazing time.

Minor things - I believe the rooms and the premises might need some refurbishment / modernisation. They could also use local (creole) restaurant. Pricing was quite steep, but high season.

Nice spot, pretty bar, pretty view, nice room, good breakfast buffet, relaxed, nice gardens.

Nearby road, can be heard from rooms near road. Very little English Speaking. Ice cubes on room ordered with meal are being accounted for with 5€, really?? Absolutely ridiculous. Filtered tab water at pool 2€, the hotel should be ashamed. At 1pm coming from beach and room still not done? Terrible. No massage in Spa available for hotel guests within two days? Really disappointing. Overall: from A to Z missing details, empathy and professionalism, which is unacceptable for the price and the overall luxury promise the hotel is giving.

We were super happy with our stay. Not only the hotel + property were beautiful and clean but especially the personnel in each area was exceptionally courteous and warm. Though we already have travelled a lot we have never experienced such a hospitality to date.

The restaurants are a bit pricey.
