Large bedrooms, huge kitchen, very nice bathrooms, and plenty of space to be together or spread out. Short shuttle ride to Beaver Run and town.

We vacationed here for 7 days and this house was perfect for us! Clean and very room!

This property is the best place we have ever stayed. The cleanliness was out standing and the pictures do not due it justice. We had a fantastic time! We hired a chef to come in and prepare a meal for the 12 of us, and there was enough kitchen supplies to do so. The coffee pot was not working and the property managers had a new one there right away. I cannot say enough good things about this propery and location. We will book again.

It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was large and we found everything needed. Customer service provided by the rental company was great as well. The only thing that I would suggest is that you should look into adding a gas grill. Also we could not get the fire place in the upper master bedroom to work. Not sure if the FP remote was the right one for the unit. The video game arcade did not work and that was disappointing for my grandchildren. I would recommend getting it repaired especially if you list it as part of the ammenities and extras. Overall we had a great week at this beautiful home.

Beautiful views from every window and balcony! We all enjoyed the river running behind the house! Guys were able to fly fish or simply sit and listen to the rushing River! So peaceful!! Super close to Main Street! Luxury perks such as heated toilet seats, steam shower settings in the master bath and bidet toilets! We were never able to get the bidet remote controls to work, but could have been user error or dead batteries. There were a few housekeeping issues that were quickly addressed. We were super impressed with quick, daily communication from Summit Co Mountain Retreats! This was our first time in Breckenridge and we will be back!!We would definitely stay here again!!

Probably the best house we have rented to date. Everything was up to date and worked great. The house is amazing and the amenities are top notch.

Terrific kitchen/family room. Terrific access to free shuttle every 11 minutes. House is in excellent condition and was very clean. Two dishwashers, 2 laundry areas, bidets in every bath. Heated garage very nice for warm boots and readying for the slopes. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent response from property manager. Only negative for our group was that the dining room is quite separate from the living space which separated our large group at mealtime when we prefer to mingle during meal prep and dining. My recommendations for improved offering would be: provide shampoo/body wash in a dispenser in each bath, larger serving pieces (salad bowl, mixing bowls since the house is otherwise equipped for a large group). I would also prefer a larger TV in the main family room like is in the downstairs playroom and having a treadmill available would have been a big plus. Overall 5 stars

We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that there was not that much parking but we made it work.

Our family had a great time at the house. It has extraordinary amenities and a great location walkable from town. The kids particularly enjoyed being able to fish in the creek behind the home. The kitchen is amazing and every room is very comfortable.

The outdoor space was great with the stream running through the back of the property. The house was spotless when we arrived. The only opportunity we had with the entire stay was there was only a TV in the bedroom in the basement bedroom and the main living area, none in the 2 bedrooms in the upper level. We would have preferred to have TVs in the bedrooms, we all were from different time zones and had different bedtimes etc. a TV in the bedrooms would have been great to give some privacy and downtime in the evenings.

The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was perfect for our family with older children and guests. We enjoyed the sound of the water flowing down the river just a few steps from the property. The location is within walking distance to downtown but yet secluded. Summit rental agency was great to work and the listing price + fees were less that others rental agencies. We would highly recommend and have already shared this rental listing and Summit County Mountain Retreats with friends.

The home was beautiful, but if you want a nasty property management company, nasty threatening text messages about getting fined, or to be under surveillance WITHOUT being informed STAY HERE! 7 grown RESPONSIBLE women—2 doctors, an attorney, teachers, and professionals, stayed at this home for a fun weekend getaway. Friday night at 6pm, we hired a private chef to cook us dinner for a night in on our trip to Breck. During the dinner, the chef made a comment to us about how quiet we were. Not even 30 minutes later, we receive 3 threatening text messages warning us we would be fined if we did not quiet down. Perplexed, we called the property management to let them know they must have the wrong residence because we were all quietly eating dinner (everyone gets quiet when eating a great meal). Instead of talking through the situation with us, she flat out accused of exceeding the noise levels and lying because they had NOISE MONITORING devices in the home! This was NOT disclosed to us per VRBO guidelines and we were NOT in violation of noise levels. (Quiet hours listed were 10pm-8am). For the remainder of the evening we continued to receive an inundation of text messages threatening fines even after everyone went to sleep. Was it us or a defective MONITORING DEVICE? For the remainder of our trip we could not comfortably enjoy our stay because we were afraid of being fined and monitored in our home. Be warned! We will be looking into legal action against the homeowner, property manager, and VRBO for failure to comply with notice requirements for being monitored!

We were two families of 5 each. Everything was extremely comfortable. There were more than enough towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and cookware. We have no complaints. Thanks for a great place!!

With a mix of fall temperatures and unexpected snow, we enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and soaking in the hot tub. Our kids loved the bunk bed room, arcade-style video game and foosball table. The house was perfect. Beautiful, easy drive from Denver Airport. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are perfect - beds are so comfortable and the steam showers in the 2 master bedrooms are great! We used the indoor grill for some Labor Day grilling. We were able to stream our laptop to the TV for MS Teams meetings. The wifi is very fast - perfect for working offsite. The Blue River flowing outside our back windows had a calming effect. The game room is a lot of fun. The walk into town was easy. Great hiking nearby.

I would highly recommend this to anyone - for vacation or business purposes. It could easily handle at least 3 families and children (the bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunks with trundles can handle all of the children comfortably!)
