Great location, clean property. Pay parking on property easy to secure with QR code on signage. Like other reviewers noted, the walls are thin- but this was not an issue for us as we had pretty quiet neighbors. We had 6 people stay. It was tight, but it's Nashville, so we weren't in our rooms all that much.

We stayed at the property for four nights. Checkin was easy and efficient. The place was clean and the manager stopped by after we entered to make sure the cleaning met our expectations. The apartment had an adequately stocked kitchen. There were hangers in the closets and a luggage rack in the closet. Towels and toiletries were provided. We needed more wash cloths during our stay, and the property management brought us more from my message via their app. (Our code did not work on the supply closet, so we had to message the property management.) The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood; we felt safe and could walk around the area with no concerns. The beds are very firm and could use a soft mattress topper, but the beds are in good shape. If you are a light sleeper, sleep in the queen bedroom, as the king bedroom shares a wall with the unit next to it (and the walls are thin). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well appointed 2 BR, with updated kitchen, bath. Walkable to VU , Belmont campuses, Edgehill restaurants, Pancake pantry. Nice beds, high quality linens and pillows, keypad entry worked great. Parking spot in front off street. Good wifi for remote working, but no desk, (kitchen table is small for a 2 BR unit) but sturdy. Very quiet for Sunday thru Thursday, but Friday night of our 6 night stay, the neighbors came in late, partying perhaps (though not allowed) and walls very thin between adjacent unit until 2 am . That was really the only drawback.

The property location is great & the neighborhood was quiet. The unit has a minimalist decor, it is fairly new. The unit was clean and the beds and the linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to make breakfast most mornings. I would definately stay again!

This is an amazing place to stay if you are planning a trip to Nashville.. It is in a good neighborhood and relatively close to everything. About a 15 minute walk to food and shops and just a quick Uber ride to broadway and the Ubers are so fast showing up! One thing I will say that I saw in a previous review was that there is not enough mirrors. We had 3 girls and just a mirror in the bathroom and one in a bedroom so thankfully I brought a vanity mirror with me. Another thing is that it is a little snug for 6 people (which was the group we had) but at the end of the day you’re in Nashville how much time are you really spending in your place. Overall though I think this is a great place and I would definitely stay here again if given the chance…. Go Bills!

I liked the place. It served the purpose but it could of used slight larger furniture. Beds very comfortable.
