The home is beautiful and conveniently located with a fun backyard and deck.
It is decorated in a beautiful mountain motif and fun photographs. The kitchen is well equipped and all in working order.
Highly recommend, and look to forward to staying here again.

Lovely home, perfectly located, incredibly clean! We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Steamboat. Management was very responsive to our questions. Overall excellent stay.

We were in town for the marathon weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The house was excellently equipped with everything you could need, plus nice touches such as shampoo and robes in the bedrooms and coffee, sugar and tea in the kitchen. Steamboat isn't a large town, so the location was close to supermarkets and coffee shops, plus an easy drive to downtown and the Old Town Hot Springs. The site refers to limiting the house to two cars, but it turned out that this was really two cars in the garage and two on the driveway, so perfect for the eight of us. The renting agents also let us know that we could park any other cars at their location at no cost. We'd definitely use this agency and this house again.

This was a beautiful property with all the special touches you could ask for really. Heated floors, open floor plan, ping pong + air hockey, great lighting. We loved it.

We stayed with our children and dog and found the property to be ideal. Will definitely stay again! There were so many amenities that weren't even listed on the description. Fenced yard, swings, and so many little things that we didn't have to buy for the interior. We were sad to leave.

Emerald Vista
Great lodging for big family or multiple families. Plenty of room in the living, dinning, and kitchen area. Easy drive over to the slopes (ten minutes tops). Heated garage in the winter was a real plus. Plenty of space in the garage as well for winter sports gear. Well stocked with towels and the usual needs for the kitchen and laundry. The house creaks when the heating system comes on but not a deal breaker and you get used to it. Very pet friendly with a couple of big crates if you crate your dog when you leave and a contained outdoor space off of the kitchen to let them out without a leash. We would stay here again.

One of the best kitchen we have ever had at a VRBO, the place was clean and comfortable and it’s great for families and groups.

Beautiful home near town
I had a wonderful stay with my husband and friends! Te home was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the open layout and comfortable bedrooms. The fenced back yard was perfect for our pup to play. The location was close to town and we even walked the 1.5 miles one afternoon. I highly recommend this home!

Pleasant Family Reunion
The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and spacious. Having the yard for our small dog was great. The property is located on a main thoroughfare making it difficult to get out of the driveway. That was the only negative.

This home is wonderful for families and dogs. Great comfortable living area, roomy and comfortable bedrooms, nice bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, and a top notch heated garage/play area. Also, the fenced back yard is wonderful for exercising your pets.

Great place for families
Very nice house. Rec room in the garage is great for kids (and adults). Spacious and clean. In summer, the patio is pleasant. Not really walking distance to much, but a short drive to everything. Didn't love that we actually had to check in at the property management office, but I guess we're used to VRBOs that don't use property managers.

Wonderful stay!
The home was well thought out, very clean, good location. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for the meals we cooked. Parking for multiple cars was appreciated as that is usually a problem in mountain towns. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, wonderful location so close to town. Perfect layout for a family with most of the bedrooms on one floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, we will definitely be back!
