Very comfortable house and perfect location for the near west side of Cleveland as well as downtown and Tremont. The home is well stocked and easy to get used to, whether just getting ready to go out to dinner, cooking dinner "at home", and then catching a movie on your choice of streaming services. Our host was excellent with his speed of response to inquiries as well as his willingness to accommodate any special requests we had. We highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this home! It was in a great location and we loved the backyard space.

Perfect for our stay. Well decorated and kitchen was very well stocked. Upstairs gets a little cold in the winter but the beds are extremely comfortable, you won’t want to get out of them! All in all was perfect for a 3 night stay in the Cleveland area.

I grew up in Lakewood and still have family in the neighborhood. Several family members were coming into town so we needed a place to stay. This house was perfect location, cozy and comfortable. There was even a Christmas tree there. I will be back in the summer and plan on staying at this same location. It was wonderful.

This Lakewood house has everything you need for your stay. We cooked a lot and it was easy to do in the great kitchen. Comfort inside and out. Easy access to parks, restaurants and highways. We were not let down.

Loved everything about this house! The driveway was narrow but we made it work. The fenced in yard was a plus; loved the contemporary style.

I love the city of lakewood.. lived there years ago. Was a tight street..tough parking. very close neighbors. House was nice unfortunately just not very clean.

I recently stayed at Luke’s wonderful home for over 6 weeks due to relocation for my new job. I can’t begin to share how immediately “at home” I felt upon arriving. The home was decorated beautifully and everything was spotless. Luke went above and beyond which truly made this feel like home during a potentially stressful time. He had more than enough supplies, food and essentials stocked when I got there. The location of his house was in walking distance to a fun Whiskey restaurant/bar, Mexican restaurant, bakery, pizza shop and wine/beer shop. The neighborhood was safe which was important to me living alone. I even locked myself out of the house one day and Luke was only a text away and very responsive! I couldn’t of asked for anything more and would absolutely recommend this home for anyone whether it was a quick weekend stay or longer term!

Luke's place is exactly as pictured. It is an updated well-maintained home. It is well stocked with anything you may need. The location was perfect for our weekend visit to Lakewood. I had one question about the fireplace and Luke was quick to respond. I will look to stay here again during our visits to Cleveland.

This place was a lifesaver! Had to vacate another spot and this place welcomed us and our dog with open arms! Great house decorated for holiday, great neighborhood, and little backyard for animal! Will be back!!!

Everything was as advertised. Luke was very easy to work with and communicated great. We were in town to visit family in Lakewood and the house was perfect.

We stayed for a weekend to visit with our son who attends Baldwin Wallace University. Brought our dog with also. The house is very clean, charming, cozy and in a great neighborhood location in Lakewood. Many restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance and the lake is nearby too. I do agree with other reviewers that not having a window covering in the bathroom is disconcerting! But don’t let that stop you from renting a great place.

The place was older, but ok. When I pulled the comforter and sheets to sleep, I noticed the pillow sheets did not smell clean. Under the pillow I found a booger. I took a pic. This was in the other room. Grossed me out. I slept on top of the comforter and changed the pillowcase with an extra clean one I found in the master closet.

My husband and I have have been traveling back to Cleveland from Florida for the past 2 years. This was the best accomodations that we have stayed in. We are over 55 and like comfortable "like home" accomodations. This is the one and only property we have found. A KING size bed!! A tv in the bedroom. A ceiling fan in the bedroom! Comfortable couch for tv in the evening. Most places are suitable for young people or a one night stay. I truly felt like I was at home!! And the pictures are accurate. The backyard is so perfect. Loved this place!!

Nice decor and a lot of modern touches in an older home. It rained the entire time I was there, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyard or walk to any restaurants. Many things seemed to be only a 5 minute drive. If I had only one suggestion it would be to improve the privacy, especially near the bathroom. Window treatments are needed.

So many positives about this house! A very thoughtfully renovated Lakewood century house. The kitchen is wonderfully decorated and well-apppointed, as are the dining and living spaces downstairs. Upstairs bathroom is roomy and comfortable, master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. The backyard deck/patio is a great sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine in the outdoors. The neighborhood is quiet, easy access to Cleveland and the Westside. Luke is a caring and responsive host, who responded quickly to some issues we encountered concerning check in and cleaning. We appreciate his professionalism. We would definitely recommend this house for one couple or two. Or a small family. Great spot for your base of operations for your next trip to Cleveland.

This was a cute little place that was great for four of us. The single bathroom isn’t super private but it’s nice and everything was clean.

The home is even nicer than the photos reflect. Yes the backyard is as charming as it looks! Some very talented interior designer made the inside of the home just lovely. I can't say enough about the graciousness of the host. We ran into some snags with the property (not his fault) and he was as responsive and accommodating as could be.

If you are looking for a beautiful home to stay in on the west side of Cleveland, this is the place! The home is beautifully updated with a super cute backyard, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the city. The location is very close to restaurants and grocery stores, without being in the center of the businesses. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The owner was super easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very promptly. I would definitely stay again!
