The home exceeded our expectations. The house was well equipped and taken care of. No need to leave the house but the beach is right around the corner and dining and entertainment is a short golf cart or car ride away.

Perfect place for us to have fun with friends and family celebrating a special weekend. This home is beautiful and comfortable. Very well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Josh (the host) was so easy to work with and really went above and beyond for us. It really was the perfect place!

The house is beautiful. There are enough rooms for the kids to each have their own space. The kitchen is top of line. It has everything you need and more. The house is well stocked with towels, beach towels, pillows, blankets, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, sunscreen, beach chairs, every kitchen appliance you need and more. The heated pool was a plus since when we visited IOP, the weather was a bit chilly. The outdoor fireplace came in handy and was relaxing to sit by in the evening. The house is one block from the beach, an easy walk or quick golf cart ride. What I appreciated most, was that the owner of the house was only a phone call away if needed. The whole family had an amazing time and plan to visit again.

This place is amazing. You could just fly in with your clothes and you have anything you need right there. The owner has thought of everything. An excellent space for our large family!

house was great. looks just like the pictures and location perfect. it was exactly what we needed for our girls trip of 7. josh could not have been more accommodating.

Our family could have just stayed at the house! This home has everything you need… pool, fireplace, porches with views, basketball, ping pong, shuffle board, bikes, beach gear and a great kitchen for cooking! Well appointed, super clean and the most comfy beds you will ever sleep in! The location is perfect and central on the island so getting to places is super easy and quick. Just a quick walk or bike ride to the beach makes it convenient for beach days or coming and going throughout the day! You often don’t find places where they have literally thought of everything! This is the place! Thank you for a wonderful stay… feeling grateful that we got to experience such an amazing and beautiful oasis!

House was perfect for what we needed for our family (5 adults and 3 kids under 6). Pool was perfect with outside gazebo and big screen TV, perfect set-up. Game room in the garage ! Golf carts available for rent, bikes & plenty of beach chairs. Beach was close enough. Great restaurant a short golf cart ride away. Downtown Charleston just 20 mins, airport 30 mins, good golf 10 mins. great location !! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will try to stay here again if in the area .

This may be the most perfect home we've enjoyed over the last several years at Isle of Palms. The gathering spaces are fantastic, the home is well appointed with every convenience you can imagine. Its obvious the owner actually uses the home and understands how to make it comfortable, functional and enjoyable. Would love to rent this home again.

We had a family of 10 with ages ranging from 65 to 7 stay for about 1 week. The house had great entertainment, a large number of amenities for both the beach and town and was very spacious and comfortable. The beach was easily accessible and excellent. For our non-beach or after tour days, my family was enthralled with ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball or lounging in the pleasant pool. The owner was very kind and responsive to any questions that arose. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house without hesitation.

We had a wonderful family stay this week! We rented the owners golf carts that made beach transport a breeze! Plenty of bikes to take group bike rides( could’ve used a baby seat for one of the bikes). Made several family meals in the well/equipped kitchen. And the outdoor space was really nice for evening chats and TV watching. We had a great time and the owners made sure we were going to!!

We booked this property last minute for spring break with my husband, 5 month old, 3 year old daughter, as well as my in laws. The owner of the house was the epitome of southern hospitality! Very kind and accommodating. Upon arrival we felt comfortable and welcomed. We couldn’t dreamed a better place to stay. There was plenty of room for us to be together and enough room to spread out when needed. My daughter loved swimming in the pool *while* watching the tv. She enjoyed many “nature” walks in the quiet neighborhood and to the beach. The house is one block from the beach which was perfect - away from the main drag but still close to everything! I noticed a previous reviewer mentioned it was a far walk. We were able to walk effortlessly with a threenanger plus our infant and all of their gear in less than 5 mins. There is an access point to the beach directly across the street at 37 A. The location could not be any better! We enjoyed hanging on the beach and collecting sea shells! The house was clean and well stocked. Provided beach towels were a life saver! The beds were so comfortable and everyone really loved the house. Harris teeter was 3-5mins from the away and you could easily bike if you wanted. This was our first time coming to IOP and after staying here I don’t think we could stay anywhere else when we come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Good experience at this property. It’s a block from the beach but doesn’t have ocean views. The house is exceptionally appointed and has pretty much anything you can think of. Perfectly sized for a group of 10, with parking space for 4 cars. Excellent communications with property manager. Photos are accurate. 2 of the 5 bedrooms lack in room televisions but one is the twin room on third floor and the sitting area has a TV on that floor. Main living level is excellent. Kitchen has high end appliances and is well stocked. Multiple outdoor decks, a great heated pool, outdoor sofas and an outdoor fireplace (inoperable during our visit) make the outdoor areas excellent. Games, bikes, beach chairs on lower level. We would stay here again and would recommmend the property.

Property was lovely and was really well-stocked. Towels, garbage bags, spices, cooler for beach, umbrellas, beach chairs and bikes were all there- things many houses don’t stock. Tons of beach towels. The kitchen ware and beach/pool items were mostly new and In good shape. The owner did. It always respond right away, but generally was responsive and available. He also rented us paddle boards and surfboards, and had golf carts available, although we rented these elsewhere for slightly better prices. We thought the price was really high for the size and location of the house (no hot tub, no ocean view). We paid 24,000 for a midweek in summer, but have stayed and much nicer and bigger houses for less (nagshead, hiltonhead) — this was a last minute travel change for us due to the pandemic, and this was the only decent house available for our size group that we could conveniently travel to. The only downsides to the house were that the pool is small and does not have a hot tub. Also the house is only a block from the beach, but has no view or ocean or anything except other houses- most are smaller/older. Also, isle of palms beach access is very long, so kind of a pain lugging stuff to and from the beach everyday. Also, the beach had a lot of mosquitos/ants/ biting bugs. Again- different than our Hilton head or nagshead beach experiences. The area in general has great restaurants, but everything is a drive. The isle of palms itself is pretty limited with restaurants/activities, and we went to mount pleasant (10-15 min) or Charleston for alot. House itself was very nice, gave our experience 4 stars overall.

After a rental in DE fell through one week before our family vacation we were so pleased to be able to find this IoP home. The house was beautifully appointed and so comfortable for our 3 families. We loved the proximity to the beach and the common areas.
