Property manangement was very welcoming. Condo was a very nice stay with incredible views.

My family ( 2 adults and 2 under 3 years old) stayed in this beautiful condo and it was a great spot for a weekend stay. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pull out was comfortable, and the check-in was easy. The condo is walking distance to the snowmass mall and easy to locate. Would stay here again.

We loved the rental. It was set up cute and being summer it was very quiet. Also liked that it was close to restaurants and shopping too. Staff was very nice and friendly--even after we locked ourselves on the balcony and she had to come rescue us. (tip:door locks automatically unless you unlock from inside) We felt right at home. Thank you for a great rental.

We went to maroon bells and into Aspen. Be sure to make reservations to maroon bells. The shuttle between Snowmass and Aspen is free and easy to use. This studio is great and clean. Definitely recommend to any couple.

We enjoyed this unit with the two windows in the bedroom area and openness of not having a door. We also enjoyed the balcony deck with the mountain view and also some pretty trees close by. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

We were there in July. The condo has no ac & that’s not really too bad of a problem, but it becomes a problem when it’s too warm to shut the windows & there is constant construction going on & they start at 7:30 in the am. We were very tired and were hoping to sleep in but because of their lousy construction going on, we were awakened early. It was also the worst bed my husband & I have ever slept on. We rolled into the middle of a queen size bed. The bed was such a piece of crap. Laurelwood never told us about the construction going on there when reservations were made. Laurelwood did not inform us that we wouldn’t have water for 2 plus hours the next day. They waited to tell us when we arrived, giving us no choice to change our plans. Because of this, we had our own personal plans changed because of their poor communication & discourteous management. The real icing on the cake was when housekeeping came in our room at 8:30 am. & check out wasn’t until 10:00! Called management about the whole affair, but couldn’t get them to refund at least one. We will never deal with any laurelwood properties ever again. They don’t really care. If we could give them a zero rating, we would.

Beautiful views and a quiet place

Truly ski in/ski out location which can't be beat. Nice hot tubs, and close to restaurants and shops on the Mall. Would definitely stay here again.
