Very clean rooms. Great Hospitality. The owner is welcoming. No meals except breakfast. But you can order from swiggy and zomato. They provide cutlery. Tea is available. Kettle available upon request. Beach 3min by walk.

Friendly staff. They treat you like family. Very courteous. Good food. Rooms are clean. They preparer tea or coffee when required. We wanted some food to carry while traveling. They gave us idli with homemade chatni without any extra charge. Also, they arranged a vehicle when we couldn't find any to travel at night.

I would give 9 for cleanliness. They clean if you ask them to.

Very nice, clean, and freshly renovated room. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room and the bathroom were ok. There was proper AC in the room and a TV. Close to the beach, you need to just cross railroad tracks. A bit far from the city center. The breakfast was homemade, typical Kerala food cooked by the owner. Very tasty and nice experience :) Also, the staff was super helpful, they helped us to organize the houseboat last minute and arranged the taxi. There was super heavy rain during our stay and a lack of electricity, but the hotel owns a power generator.

There was a problem with the rain shower, which was spraying around the shower cabin.

The owner showed great hospitality. I would love to visit again. The location of this property is superb along with cleanliness. Overall a very relaxing experience since it was a homely experience

where do I start, not sure how booking.com has partnered with such bad options 1) There is no proper ventilation for bathroom and smells like public toilets 2) No hot water option if the solar water is out and they force you to use kettle 3) No in house cooking we need to order from outside 4) Wake up service is a night mare no one is up until 8 in the morning for a simple cup of milk 5) Property is just next to railway track to entertain your ears with the train sound very time a train passes

The staff was excellent.Residence attended by its own owners. Good location, close to the beach, comfortable and clean. The Breakfast was very good and fits to all tastes.

Very neat n bright lit rooms close to allepy beach which is just 500mtrs away. Location is very peaceful. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again. Rooms look exactly as shown in the picture. Loved my stay here🤗

Breakfast option could have been better.. if even toast butter n eggs were available for someone who doesn't want to eat the local cuisine .

Nice and clean Rooms. We went with family stayed for two days. Friendly people ..Like our Home we enjoyed staying there. Super breakfast home made we had there. Tea and coffee given by maid is super. Lalji Henry and his Team taken care of us. I Referred most of my friends to visit this Hotel for an awesome experience and wonderful stay. Nice place to take photographs . Very close to AlapuzhaBeach and railway Station. Definitely alapuzha visitors should visit this hotel for home like stay and to get wonderful experience .
