People should know that the place is at 10,000 feet elevation and we all suffered issues with altitude sickness.2. Since there are so many levels and stairs, this compounded the altitude issues.3. Beds generally uncomfortable relative to the expensive costs and should be replaced.4. Snowplow service inadequate (my 4WD car got stuck) after a 9 inch snow

Absolutely wonderful experience! Any issues (heat and refrigeration) we had, property management responded right away. We did have one bed that had some old food and crumbs in it but it was easily cleaned up. Some lights were burned out but we worked around it. Unforgettable experience and we do appreciate the opportunity to stay in the house❣️

This house was perfect for our little getaway with friends! The perfect distance from town and lots of space for work and play! The management company was easy to reach. They provided detail instruction for checkin and checkout! We will be come back again!

We had a great 3 day weekend at the property and couldn’t be happier with the location. We did have a few issues with internet/tv that the management company couldn’t solve for over the phone. Nothing got into our way of having a good time, however, we did have multiple people mention the house could use a deep cleanse. We had a few dead critters and webs welcome us upon our arrival.

House is beautiful and in really nice location. Ski out is very easy. Be careful of where you go when skiing in. Would not recommend taking the out of bounds trail to the house if you are on snow board. Skiing to the shuttle at bottom of peak 9 is very quick and easy.

The location of this house was the best! Lots of room to play outside and inside. There were several separated spaces so everyone could get away for a bit. We had a great time and hope to be back!

My husband and I booked Happy Trails Lodge with a group of friends for my 30th Birthday weekend! Can not say enough good things about the property! Everything you could ask for between the fire places, amazing rooms with a view and the hot tub. We were able to utilize the ski out amenities and the shuttle was so convenient to get to Beaver Run and Downtown. We also had a friendly fox visit us a few times! Truly amazing, we'll definitely be back! :)

That should have been described properly in the property description. The oven wasn’t working very well. There was not an icemaker. Some of the towels had holes in them. The overhead lights in the Master bedroom did not work. Many of the lights were difficult to find and turn on, they did not work via the switches. A TV on the first floor would have been really nice with all the football games going on this weekend. Our party was disappointed . in the amount of money we had to pay for a five day rental, and not get a top of the line house.

Only negative comment is that noise carries quite a bit to the downstairs so when people wake up in the morning and are in the kitchen it wakes everyone up.

Loved our family getaway. I didn’t enjoy having to self clean the oven because it was so coated in grease that we couldn’t use it. The home itself needs deep cleaning, but it’s a wonderful location, easy to get in and out, easy mgmt to deal with and we appreciated that someone checked on the hot tub to make sure it was running well during our stay.

Our group of seven adults had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home. The house is very conveniently located a short five minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, but feels very secluded and features incredible views. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our favorite parts were the multiple outdoor decks with fantastic mountain views, and the many living spaces. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Communication with the property management company was excellent. We visited in the summer so I can't speak to the ski in/ski out but the proximity to the ski runs is very apparent. Would love to stay again next time we're in Breckenridge.

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with friends visiting from out of town. The views were stunning, location convenient, and the house was full of all the amenities you might need. It was a great place to stay with kids and they really loved the bunk beds and watching for animals out the back windows. Would definitely highly recommend this house. Thanks for a great trip!

The property was great. Plenty of room. We ended up only having 11 people with us so there was more than enough room. It would easily have fit 16 adults. A few of the people were able to ski in and out of the property, and the others took the shuttle that stops right in front of the house.

We enjoyed the ski in/ski out and the proximity to town. Plenty of room and great views of the mountains.

We had a blast and the place was better than expected and the location was amazing. Truly can ski out, skiing back is a little more difficult. But the shuttle was so easy and drops you off right at the front door.

We had a great time at this house. Great location just a few minutes from downtown, local shuttle picked up right across the street and drops at the base of peak 9, ski in and ski out(not for beginners), and a very spacious and well stocked house. The only thing we could have used more detail on was the ski in/ski out and buses. We figured it out but it wasn't necessarily clearly explained. To ski out, follow the trail to the tree line and look for red spray paint on the trees, go down a little hill to the creek, cross the bridge and then you're on the run. To ski in, take the falcon superchair to peak 10, ski down cimmaron to flapjack(?), and look for the out of bounds gate with all of the warnings. Take that ski trail for a few thousand feet until you start going down hill a little more. Look hard right for a tree with blue spray paint and the trail up a small hill. That trail will take you to the house a few thousand feet away.

Check in process was a little confusing with Property Management. Spoke to different people each time with different instructions on our route in from the airport. Once we got in everything was great. House was as advertised and we enjoyed our time in the house. Location was perfect for the activities we took part in. Would stay again

It was a great property. We had a really good time! Perfect for larger family. We enjoyed hot tub, burned fireplace every night! House was super clean. You can ski in and out but it’s a challenge. You definitely have to be intermediate skier to get down the lift. Check in process was super easy. Plenty of spices, salt, pepper, etc; awesome gas stove. What can be improved: -add more vine glasses and wine opener. -tv downstairs was constantly blinking (maybe just bad internet connection or something else, but needs to be checked)

Nice big home that fit our family get together of 13 people and felt like we had room to spare. Beautiful views, close to town, lots to do!
