Nada todo estuvo bien

The location was wonderful. We had a ground level unit, which was wonderful for my children and us! My youngest was able to run around and chase the chickens during our downtime and when we were hanging out at the ocean, all we had to do was walk right across the grass. I absolutely loved having our outdoor space and the inside was nice and spacious as well.

I spent over $600/night for this location and stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. On the first night we had no blanket for the third bed and the floors were filthy. We requested a blanket and never received it. Had to go back a second time to ask again and then we brought it back ourself. In addition, our room was not cleaned until the night before checking out. We asked 4 times for our room to be cleaned and we were told each time that somebody would be by. Nobody came. On the last time asking, I also informed them that we had been out of clean towels and toilet paper and that we needed this stocked immediately. The towels and toilet paper eventually came, but the cleaning did not happen for 4 days! At $2500, I would expect cleanliness at a minimum. I communicated my disappointment to the front desk and no compensation was offered. I loved this place, but having to beg for the basics was unacceptable.

Good location, on the beach. Nice garden, good size room, comfortable beds.

The bar by the pool is in the middle of the resort and the music is very load and till 10 pm. The noise is everywhere between the main buildings and in the rooms, for 10 + hours. It was unbelievable but real. The TV is very basic, very few channels. The beach is nice, but there are very few trees and no umbrellas to hide from the sun.

Location by the beach.

Need to be updated, infrastructure needs maintenance and requires repairs. Staff needs hospitality training. Falls short in basic things like not having a simple espresso machine to sell guests good coffee or having good quality mixers for the pool bar, etc. A good hands on manager is very much needed.

Good pool area and staff. Great beach, for the price room was not as aspected, the bathroom had no faclity as to see and but makeuo, not enough had to put makeup in room area next to window.

Room (238)balcony with a dirty roof, no view to the beach or pool just a dirty roof. Also we found a roach.

Nothing. Breakfast seemed underwhelming but we didn’t eat there.

Facilities were amazing and everything wad clean. I enjoyed how easy it was to access everything. Weather was a bit cloudy for one day but the pool more than made up for it. The drinks were the bomb and the room was extremely comfortable. I had a wonderful anniversary!

Pool bartenders were a bit bland because their whole focus was on getting tips rather than giving the customer a good experience but other than that the drinks were amazing and the whole experience was great. I would've drank more had the vibe been with more joy and fun.

Tacky, room floor was super cold, restaurant had cheap furniture and food was disgusting.

No restaurant, no clean room during the stay.

The room was nice, overall it was fine. Highlight was seeing 10+ huge iguanas to the side of the property. One of the staff members showed us, he was great!

The pool is so shallow! The deepest area didn't reach my waist. That was a huge disappointment - we could hardly swim. Great for little kids but my 12 and 14 year old didn't enjoy it like they would have. The tap water tasted like chlorine. The only place in Puerto Rico after three weeks of travel where we couldn't drink the water.
