Fantastic view of the sea. Well equipped apartment with comfortable bed and sofa overlooking the beach. Great location for Chichester, Arundel and surrounding areas.

Issues getting in with the key safe Smoke alarm low battery beeping kept me awake .... had to disable the alarm No draining board next to sink Instructions for turning on the heating would have been helpful Outside security light kept going on and off in stormy weather (last night it was constantly doing this as it was very stormy) Shower difficult/impossible for elderly people

Upon arrival the accommodation had not been cleaned as they had mixed up our arrival date. We had to leave the property for it to get cleaned which was done very quickly so that we could get in as we had a baby that needed feeding and put to bed. BUT in the current Covid climate I felt uneasy the whole week that it didn’t get a thorough clean. There was no follow up from Henry Adam’s to check if everything was ok afterwards. Also the blinds were dusty and broken (couldn’t open them) and we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and it’s not a relaxing holiday for me if I have to wash dishes every day! Two weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit returned to me and no comma from the company. I would therefore not recommend the company at all and stick with other holiday rentals
